My friend found this video by Dr. Jorge Flechas regarding boron (you should search it out as I do not believe I can post the link here). After watching it and listening to his information, I had to search it out. It is hard to find one that has a higher mg, but I thought this one fit the bill. I could work my way up to his recommended dosage. In the US, our soil is quite depleted of boron which cause lead to a multitude of health issues. If you look at the research, there are places with much higher levels in their soil (thus their food) who don't have the incidents of certain health issues that is in the US. That being said, I am really happy with this specific brand. The ingredients list (of other ingredients) was minimal and not filled with a bunch of fillers, and the price per dosage is very reasonable. I think the boron has been helpful to me in regards to neurological symptoms and even physical. If you want to give boron a try yourself, I would definitely recommend purchasing this brand. It was just under 20 bucks when I purchased (for frame of reference), and this was a good deal per my research in comparison of other boron supplements that did not have a bunch of fillers. ... show more

Clean ingredient and easy to swallow capsule. Boron is great for many things but helps with bones and can lower pth if that is one thing you may be looking for.

Im have been using the product for about a week, and though Im complimenting it with the proper vitamins I still think the product has made a huge difference on my knee problem. I no longer have the pain as I use to, my knee is feeling great. I was diagnosed with Osteosporosis, so I hope its helping with that as well. I am doing Calcium, Vitamin D, and K2 and a joint supplement as well, but I was doing that before and the pain didn't disappear until now that I started BORON. So I do give it the credit for it.
