I've read about many people having shipping damage and I can see why that could happen. This set is very very heavy and ships in a flimsy cardboard box. It's like this... If you're willing to take a chance on the shipping, it may be well worth it. The set is nice and will handle most anything you can throw at it. If they packaged the set in a crate, it would be a lot more expensive and shipping would be costly. You have to weigh out the value, compared to the risk of shipping damage. get 10 ton! Cost me $200 to fix what’s was quoted $1000 at body shop, plus I get to keep the tool. Multi use well made build to last lifetime.

This kit is HEAVY but well made. It does most of what I want it to do but I wish I had the accessory kit Torin used to sell. That kit had the puller and some short jacks in it but it does not seem to be available any longer. The plastic case is a joke. Blow molded and far too light for something this heavy. When I received the merchandise the case was broken to pieces. It was not worth the trouble to return it since the case is pretty much worthless. The parts don't fit in it very well anyway. Bought this last march and used it one time. Put it away till today got it out and played with it for hours trying to get it to work again. Don't waste your hard earned money buy a cheaper model since its basically a throw way after you use it once.

I just received this yesterday and can't comment on the quality of the tool itself, but I was a little worried and all the bad reviews on the case. That was not the case for me, it showed up double boxed and and in perfect condition, it is a plastic case for a heavy tool, but it does have metal hinges and latches. ... show more

Product arrived on or ahead of time. Components were intact, however a latch was broken off of the case. This posed a minor issue as this item is in back of a service truck. Simply secured case with a ratchet strap and bungee cord to keep case closed and items away from weather. Haven't used the product yet, but have used others like it in past.
