Have been using the Bifanuo treadmill a little over a month now, and have been very pleased with how it performs. I'm an older man with some health issues, and so find this treadmill perfect for allowing me to exercise without walking outside on cold days. It arrived completely assembled, which was a big plus for me. It's quiet, fairly compact, and has an easy to understand control panel. I've had no issues with how it works - very smooth, and you can adjust the time you want to spend walking or jogging, speed, number of steps and so on. They have a great customer service. The treadmill came with a remote control that didn't work. I contacted them by email, and within a week, they sent me a working replacement without making things difficult. One of the best customer service departments I've seen. I'd like to mention that it has a holder for an iPad or similar device that works perfectly well. It's stable resting on the handle bars, and easy to see - right in front of you. I like to watch music on YouTube, or whatever other content available. Makes the workouts a lot less tedious. I can completely recommend this treadmill and at this price, I think it's a bargain for the quality you get. ... show more

    • Sleek, sturdy, good looking product

PROS: Sleek: (doesn’t take up too much space but has enough width for a comfortable stride. Sturdy: the machine runs smoothly, the handle is very firm as it’s held by large bolts. Good looking: the machine, the screen, the handle looks more expensive than it was. At least it isn’t an eyesore for the room. CONS: Weight: It’s not 40lbs. It’s a good 70-75lbs. I can’t imagine rolling this under my bed and back out over and over again. Handle: This isn’t the type of handle you bring up and down, you need a huge Allen key (included) to loosen and tighten the bolt which isn’t horrible but isn’t a cinch either. It’s tedious and not something I want to do twice a day. They really should have included a release button. Max weight: Description says 265. Manual says 220. Cable: Is around 5’ long!! Which is horrible and way too short. The plug: is on the right side so you can’t decide which way to direct the treadmill. You have to keep it facing on the right side next to the wall because the cable is so short. Not quiet: smooth but not quiet at all. I expect my neighbors to report my “washing machine” (bc of the whirring noise 😂) anytime soon. Steps Tracker: Is WAY off. Like 3,000+. No Real Off Button: You have to wait for it to turn off or switch it off. I’ll be updating in a few weeks but in spite of it all I think it’s a solid choice for a great price. ... show more

The treadmill has been great. It's exactly what I needed for my small apartment and has allowed me to get my daily steps in on a regular basis. I've had zero issues with the actual treadmill in nearly a year. However, I recently had a problem with the remote no longer working. You can still operate the treadmill without the remote but you can't pause your session with the built in buttons, pause is only on the remote. I contacted the seller and they agreed to send a replacement. But they wouldn't give me a tracking number or any shipping info despite nearly 3 weeks of back and forth emails. Today I finally received a FedEx email with a tracking number and it's coming from China so it must be the remote. So the customer service is solid but it may require a little extra patience on your part. I would buy another treadmill from this seller if I ever needed to and my experience so far has been overall positive. ... show more

I bought this because I'm a senior (in my late 70's) and need to exercise to stay in shape. I don't have room for a full size treadmill. I've had the walking pad for 2 weeks and use it once, sometimes twice, a day. It's very quiet and the belt is comfortable to walk on. I wanted one with a handle bar solid enough for me to use to keep my balance if needed at the higher speeds. The attached tray holds the remote plus there's room for a book, Kindle or phone. I had a bit of difficulty bringing it in the house after delivery because it's heavy; but once unboxed, it was easy to maneuver by lifting the end and using the two wheels in front. Plus there's no assembly, just tightening the handle bar. I don't use it for running, but for walking at various speeds it's been great! ... show more
