This is only pre workout I like and use. Been using for the last two years consistently, good taste and you can switch up flavors, gives me a good burst of energy with workout and only mild tingle so I can tell it’s kicked in!

I used to swear by this preworkout. I would always recommend it to people because I’d have great gym sessions with it and had a lot of energy to spare afterwards. That being said, it’s been about a year or two since I bought this and wanted to give it a try again. Flavor and quality are still good, gym sessions are still great, and I actually never really found the tingling to be annoying or uncomfortable. That being said, I’ve found myself crashing after a few hours whereas with other preworkouts I’ve had hadn’t given me that as of late. I still think it’s a good pre, but the crash is just an unfortunate dealbreaker for me. ... show more

This stuff is amazing! I too half a scoop the first time, didn’t do anything. Today I took one scoop with plenty of water and within 60-90min I felt it kick in. And boy! I tell you…I couldn’t contain myself…I haven’t had this much fun kickboxing ever! It didn’t make me jittery or itchy. It made me energetic, like radiate energy…lol I felt like I was on a high, adrenaline rush… started hollering and dancing mid work out. Great stuff. Tip: make sure you get to your workout within 45-60min. I stopped at a store on the way home and felt it kick in. Couldn’t let that energy out about felt a bit weird. Get it! ... show more

Great workout after using Beyond Lit. I personally love the buzzy feeling on my skin! LOL. Only reason for the deduction is based on the Gummy Worm flavor. So sickeningly sweet that it makes it difficult to drink at 530am.
