Love the original Vapor X5 but was looking for a pre workout that did not have creatine in. Glad I purchased this. I still can go hard at the gym with this. For some reason, I feel like Vapor Series from Muscletech are the only pre workout that allows me to push myself. Others I have tried seems to just give me a "Caffeine High." Will purchase again. Only downside is that this stuff is pretty expensive. To get Clinical dosage you have to use 2 scoops which cuts the advertise 30 servings to 15. I gained a bunch of weight over the duration of the Covid lockdown so I decided to go back to the gym. I am currently stacking this with the Multivitamin and BCAA/Whey protein. Prior to using this, I was struggling to break my personal best for squats, bench/military, and deadlifts. I was also struggling just to run a mile with all of the weight I had gained. This stuff really works for weight lost. This flavor is so much more potent than the strawberry limeaid and I don't know why but it just is. But as long as you put really really cold water and mix it you should be fine. But I really have enjoyed this formulation for my weight lost and for my workouts. I like it for the heating effect, flavor and energy. For weight loss I didn't notice any improvement that I wouldn't achieve with a change in my diet.
