It was due to arrive in week as part of my subscription, so instead of throwing that off, I decided to try a new one, and for the price point, I gave this a try. This stuff works as advertised! I could feel the energy increase for my work out. It taste pretty good too. No crash afterwards. My only complaint is the timing. it says to take it a 1/2 hour before your workout. Honestly, I’m loving this pre-workout! The blueberry lemonade flavor is so good, and it dissolves super easily in water. I didn’t have that weird jittery or shaky feeling that I’ve gotten with other pre-workouts, which was a big plus for me. I’m a woman in my upper 40s and pretty new to weight training (less than a year in), but after taking NITROSURGE, I had way more energy to hit the gym hard and even take my dogs on a hike afterward! My son just started taking this and the post workout powders and he loves the flavors he got (Blue Raspberry & Grape). He is looking forward to trying others too. Since he just started this week taking these, we obviously don't know yet how well they do, but from reading previous reviews it seems to work well, which is why we chose this brand. Product is good. Not too much of a pump but it gives me clean energy. Just started back using pre work out. Been about a year. Usually I would do straight black coffe or honey and pink salt and banana. Decided to give pre work out a try again. But the company and brand I do like especially their NO booster.
