While the flavor is awesome, it might be too sweet for some since it's definitely candy-flavored. Make sure not to introduce any moisture to the product because the powder can get hard fairly quickly, so keep that desiccant pack handy and take care not to use a damp scoop. I’m a long time mixer of my own preworkout using the basic caffiene + citrulline + beta alanine. This provides all those ingredients in clinical doses and I can’t tell the difference! I personally enjoy the flavor a lot, but someone who does not like sugar should not order this flavor as I definitely has a strong taste of fake sugar. Also mixed easy and has a slightly chalky consistency. I’d recommend this over the other brands I’ve tried around this price point (bucked up, reign, total war, bang) based on pump and energy. 4 stars as the flavor won’t be for everyone and can upset your stomach ... show more

This is a great pre workout. I got the country time lemonade flavor, and it is the best tasting pre workout I’ve ever tried. It does take quite a bit of shaking to get it fully dissolved, but it does dissolve completely without leaving a bunch of powder in the bottom. Gives great energy for a good workout. It does give me some of the itchy sensation that a lot of pre workouts cause, but it’s not as bad as some others I’ve tried. I received the country time lemonade and it tastes like it is spoiled. Does not taste good at all. I have had this before and it takes great. This time I am very disappointed and am gonna look for a different company for my pre workout.

Flavor Name: Kool-Aid Tropical Punch
I just recently started drinking pre-workout in the mornings before my workouts. This flavor is amazing, just like kool-aid. The amount of energy that I get from it, is just what I need first thing in the morning. I usually drink it about 30 minutes prior to strength exercises. Then I do 30 minutes of cardio and by the time I'm done, my blood is pumping and ready for strengthening. There is a slight itchy tingling feeling through my muscles.
