So, I'll start with the bad.. it can make me jittery and sort of itchy. Not like rash itchy but I assume it's doing something to my muscles and blood flow that it's more of a tingly feeling that sort of itches. Now the good! I drink this before I do heavy duty work (I'm sort of a carpenter) and it for sure gives me the energy and stamina that I need. I've cut way back on the energy drinks because this stuff is like an energy drink x10 without all the sugar and less cost. There are some other benefits that I've found.. without being too descriptive.. it makes me like an 18 year old again with the wife.. if she sees me drinking one before bed now she knows that things are about to get crazy. I don't work out in the gym like I did in my younger years, I use it more for energy and endurance while I'm working but could totally see this as helpful for you gym rats out there. If there is anything that you feel is lacking in life and could use more energy, endurance, power, etc. This is the ticket. It's like hulk juice.. just be careful because you may want to smash everything the ole lady included haha ... show more

Flavor Name: ICY Fireworks
this pre workout is basically just the regular beyond raw, but with added caffeine and a better stack. AKA - more concentrated ingredients at a higher dosage. i would not recommend this as someones first pre workout, due to its high caffeine content and beta alanine. overall - 10/10.

I tried this pre for the first time one month ago. The flavor was 3/5, it tasted super artificial to me, but wasn’t horrible. The pump was great! It gave me energy and that “pins and needles” sensation all over my body, like a good pre does. However, this pre has 2g of creatine in it, which I was unaware of. I gained a ton of water weight while taking this and felt bloated constantly. So for girls trying to lose weight, DO NOT BUY. If you wanna put on weight and bulk, buy it. I love Lit AF. Gives me a ton of stamina in the gym and this ice tea lemonade flavor is honestly amazing. One of the best tasting pre workouts of all time in my book. Tastes like I’m sipping an actual arnold Palmer before I go workout. This pre gives me such great energy in the gym I never want to leave. Definitely gets me sweating a lot as well which I personally love. I’ve tried other pre-workouts even ones that you can’t find on Amazon and I still always end up finding my way back to Lit AF.
