The media could not be loaded. Honestly the best mug and tumbler press I've ever bought, not only is it beautiful and matches my décor perfectly but it works flawlessly. Before I was working with the Cricut mug press and I must say that the difference is enormous, with the bettersub the colors are wonderful, there is no noise in the light colors and it only takes 90 seconds to sublimate the tumbler (with the cricut one it takes approximately 12 minutes for each tumbler). The size is perfect and the design is very nice so it doesn't break the harmony of your craft room. I have nothing bad to say about this tumbler press, I recommend it 100%. The user manual is perfect, colorful and super easy to understand. For my tumbler for my tumbler I set it as the user manual says 365 F and 45 seconds, then I rotated it and 45 seconds more. Didn’t have a tumbler on hand to use this machine so used two different mugs and although I didn’t have tape to tape the designs down the right mug came out amazing. The left mug the design shifted when pressing so be sure to have tape handy when pressing. I received my machine in March, I used it for a few tumblers and loved it. I loved the color, and that you could swap out the inerts for different sized mugs. After a few tumblers, the insert that came with the machine bubbled like it is in these pictures. Then it would not heat up anymore. I tried contacting BetterSub and heard nothing back. The machine itself still worked, still turned on, but the insert was faulty. I would of kept the machine instead of sending the whole thing back, but now I'm returning it since their customer service seems non exsistant. ... show more

They were very happy to help me out and I highly recommend that you can buy with confidence knowing that IF something goes wrong, they will make it right. I bought this last november to make some Christmas gifts.....took it out again now and it won't heat up!? I tried to search for the warranty and it tells me to go to the sellers page. Can't find out to contact them there either! HELP ... show more

I did only have green glow sublimation cups on hand, so the print itself looks a little weird with the green tint behind it. (Other than that, the cups I did turned out so good) But I had to give it a try and I LOVE this. I tried multiple times with the convection oven method and I could never get it right. It was never enough and got ghosting edges or I would literally burn my cups! I gave up for almost 2 years because I didn’t think I could do it. Well now I can’t wait to make so many more sublimation cups because of this press! It’s so easy to use/work! You will NOT be disappointed with this purchase! ... show more
