I took it out of box and made 23 shirts and 2 sweatshirts already! It's so easy! Utube rated it 7th out of the top 10 heat press machines. The only issue is the instruction booklet was not easy to understand and there was no phone number for support or way to register it for the 1 year warrenty it says it has.. but I plugged it in and used the auto button and it worked great. Will be good to see how the transfers stay on the shirts. Also I put the transfer backwards so it stuck on the heat cloth and there was no way to talk to anyone about other options.. overall it has already paid for itself in what I would have had to spend for graphic tshirts and swearshirts! ... show more

I received it today and have applied my first pattern to a shirt myself. I have never used one before, but this was very easy to set up and use in no time at all.
