Got this as a replacement to a replacement. Brought another similar type one of these late last year. Needless to say, it was stolen out of my SUV while at a dealership. Brought a 4 ton brand name (Feline, Yellow) type to replace the stolen one. THAT ONE FAILED MISERABLY!!! So Amazon went above and beyond to help with a refund since it was past the return deadline date. But you don't really need something UNTIL it's NEEDED!!! My fault....should have tested it when it arrived. So I ended up buying this one to replace the Yellow Feline one. And low & behold... I used it on my 1 day off to help lift my SUV to install rock lights. All I can say is... I think I made a wise decision. This 5 ton 12V lift did the job effortlessly. Kinda slow on the rise, but it did lift my vehicle and held fast while off the ground. I'm happy with this purchase. I was doubtful of it's strength but it raises my full size pickup truck easily and is so much easier to use than any manual jack. This combined with a cordless impact wrench has made changing and rotating tires SO much easier. It is very low profile and should work under most cars.

I Purchased this Jack before taking a vacation to New Mexico. I was pulling a fifth wheel camper and a flatbed trailer with an ATV on it. I ended up having a blowout on the flatbed trailer but had planned for this to happen. I brought along a 12volt jump pack and used it as my power source to operate the jack knowing the cord wouldn’t reach a 12 volt outlet. The jack worked like a champ and with a cordless impact I had it changed in a flash. It small so finding a place to store it was easy.     • Stopped working after 4 months, but Beetroo rose to the occasion and fixed the problem.

The BEETRO hydraulic jack stopped working after 4 months (and about 10 times use). The switch which controls the up/down does not work most of the time making the use of the jack very dangerous and unsafe, especially if you do not have another jack handy. I do have manual hydraulic jack and could recover, but it may not be always the case, especially when on the road I will try to contact the manufacturer and will update this with any new info. In the meantime stay away from this jack. Edit. I have contacted Beetroo and got immediate response. They fixed the problem to my complete satisfaction.
