I was a tiny bit skeptical about getting such a cheap printer, but this thing works like gangbusters. I don't recall it jamming, even with tears in the perforation. I'm kinda shocked how good it is. I'm loving this printer so far. I do print from my computer for my labels for my eBay and Etsy store. It did take a bit to make sure I had it set up properly but once I did I have had very few issues with it. I have had it kinda 'glitch' (?) a bit on the barcode where there were some partially printed lines but I believe that will happen occasionally. (took 1 star off for that issue) I've used the 4"x6" labels (people, make sure you load the thermal labels in properly - AND make sure you're BUYING thermal labels - think this may be some of the issues people have been having... when I read one review where the person complained about the 'ink' not printing... ???? There is NO ink?) and I've also bought and printed out some 2" labels with no issue once I got the sizing situated. I don't use it a ton, but I have probably printed out 100+ labels so far and it does what it's supposed to do. Will update again in the future with any additional thoughts or issues. ... show more

Started Printing labels over and over even when only 1 is selected. I reinstalled everything and it still is doing it. Will ruin an entire stack of thermal labels if you don’t turn it off and back on again quickly after each print or you feed only 1 label at a time and still have to turn it off after each label. This is an issue printing from any platform (mercari, poshmark, eBay etc) it is a printer issue ... show more

I only use this for print labels for my canned foods but I love the printer itself but the instructions suck and the app tells you to download is actually old and they don’t use it anymore and I only found that out cause I had to look up Videos on how to use it and god forbid you actually had a real problem the only way to get any customer service as far as I could tell on my papers that came with it is through what’s app and they never messaged back and that’s been 6 months ago now but I’ve figured everything I need to know about it out online so if your pretty good with YouTube and google don’t be scared of the printer ... show more

This little printer is so awesome that im writing a review about it. You download your 4x6 shipping label, then from your phone or pc send it to the printer and then printer go beep boop brrrrrr and then you have a sticker to slap on your package that looks like it was printed by UPS themselves. 10/10. Setting up was easy. I wasn't sure how to tell it that I had put the sticker paper into it and it was going to have to figure it out on its own, good luck little machine. So I slapped the last piece on the roll inside, slammed it closed and hit the shiny button on top. The printer went wee wuurr brrrrr and spit out the first piece and lined up the next piece perfectly! Printing was really simple, I assume anybody with trouble setting up uses their index finger to navigate through their phone. The first time I used it I downloaded my shipping label (most services let you download it in 4x6 format) and then downloaded their app on my phone. I opened the label in the app, pressed print and it said oh no there is no printer set up, we will find printer, and in 1 second it found the printer and I clicked on it, and then clicked the print button again and my label shot out of the printer at an incredible speed. It was fun and I wish I had more labels to print right now. I flipped the switch on the back of the unit to turn it off and now it is resting until next time. ... show more

Very happy with the printer. I should save a lot of money not buying ink cartridges so often. It wouldn't install to an older laptop we have, but it installed to another one (newer) just fine.
