So I've had this printer since April 2024. It has had nothing but one problem after another and I can't print with it 90% of the time. I do understand this is not the best quality printer when it comes to DTF printing, but I would expect it to last at least a year before it was dead in the water. Technical support really sucks. To start with you have to wait until 9:00 eastern time to even reach them because that is when their technical support comes on line. So you go into the Skype chat and basically just ask for help and hope a tech support person answers. IF they do answer, you will get a response once every 20 to 30 minutes. My experience has been that they just tell you to do the same thing over and over and over and over. I think they are hoping you will get tired and give up. These printers have come way down in price since I bought mine 7 months ago, and honestly I would warn you against them even at the lower price. This one of mine is basically just here to look at, I paid $3K plus for a table ornament. So to sum it up, I consider these printers very low quality mostly because they don't work a good part of the time, their tech support is THE WORST and they honestly do not care once they have your money. I bought this printer to make a little bit of extra money, but in the end I have lost money. PROCEED WITH CAUTION BEFORE BUYING THIS PRINTER. ... show more

I love this printer! Although I had a few hiccups when I first got it. This dtf printer is amazing! The quality is super great! When I first got my printer I received the usb jump drives which is the instructions to install all the applications. They are very straight forward. One thing I struggled with is getting a hold of customer service. The only thing I could find was going to their website with a chat window. If you live in America like myself you will have to wait until 6 PM Central Standard Time for their office to open. I was getting nervous as I was not getting a reply and I got anxious. I went onto youtube and found an account where the user was replying constantly to people's random inquiries about the printer. I tried my luck and made a comment on how to get a hold of them. He gave me a phone number to call. I was very thankful for this. I got a hold of this person and he advised me to download a skype app on my phone. I did this and added the guy who answered this phone. He then asked for my order #, etc. I got added to a tech support group. They had me walk through videos and pictures they would send me to disassemble my printer to diagnose the problem. Luckily I was very handy and was able to do this. I know this may not be for all people. I am very thankful though as they were super friendly, patient as I asked what I felt like "dumb" questions. In the end, I was able to diagnose it and they sent me the part at no cost to me. I'm guessing it fell under warranty. Again, this problem WAS NOT the manufacture's fault. Something got dislodged during transport. The printer came in a super insulated trunk. Unfortunately these things happen. I am very greatful for their customer service. You do have to be tech savy to be able to communicate with them through skype and follow their instructions, take videos, pictures, etc. I would imagine that since they are from another country and there is a language barrier this is why they use Skype. Also they have an easy way of tracking the progress/history of my communication with them. Once everything was up and running like it should. The adding of the ink and following printing instructions is super simple. I am very please with this purchase and is very well worth it! I was a bit worried about this printer due to some reviews, but I am so glad I gave it in and got it. I ended up buying the shaker, too, because I loved the printer so much. Having some basic knowledge of printers would be beneficial, but if not, tech support is AMAZING. They send pictures step-by-step, so that is super helpful. My customers say that the color quality of my prints is great, and the colors POP! Still working on which powder is best, but other than that... OH, and you HAVE to be ready to give it daily maintenance, and if you can't do that.... Think twice. That said, daily maintenance is super easy and doesn't take much time. I did my research on this printer and it more then met my expectations. So I did not get to set my printer up right away but the shipping was on time and as promised. I got to ink it up and turn it on then I tried to download the driver and software. There is a few things that you have to get around in order to get it installed but the customer service team will take care of you. They were fast to respond and took care of the issue very quickly and I was printing in no time. The print quality is outstanding and the transfers are great quality.
