Easy set up. Has a video tutorial along with manual! You can also call and set up an appt for them to walk you through it step by step! I've been on the phone with them twice bc I needed assistance. Each time they seemed very happy to help and walk me through my issue! Print quality is also phenomenal! Edit to add....ok I've had the printer about 7 weeks now. I've had issues with it running slow and customer service hasn't been much help. They were on it for about 3 weeks responding almost immediately. Now it takes days. And I've asked to upgrade evwn before my 30 day warranty was up and never got responded to. Printer will not print but one image and then won't print an other. Has to be turned off then back on to print again...and sometimes it won't even print after that..so I have to turn it off for an hour and try printing again. I'd pass and get a better quality printer... ... show more

The most difficult part about this printer that I think most people will have is the setup but if you can read and follow directions the printer will work perfectly. The setup was super easy and had step by step instructions. I couldn’t get it to print and did the WhatsApp and they assisted me immediately. I then had trouble with smudges and they spent hours helping me figure out what it was. Ended up being a small plastic piece under the cartridge

We can’t get it to print !!! We didn’t know it needed an oven so that cost more money!!! It prints out Chinese and the manual is no help! It has been a total pain since we bought it and we have lost orders because we can’t get it to print !!!
