The media could not be loaded. I love this machine! This is my 3rd dtf machine and by far the best one yet. Wang has been amazing at helping setting up the machine remotely and answering questions.

The media could not be loaded. First I want to start by saying the customer service is 10/10. Mr. Wang walked me through every step to get me started. He paid attention to every picture that I sent and was able to notice when I did something wrong as small as not having my paper aligned flat.
