I was skeptical when I opened up the package. The pillow didn't seem full or firm enough. It took a minute to inflate. I was like...hmm. But I trusted the process (lol) and stuffed them in my pillow cases. Let me tell you - THESE ARE THE COMFIEST PILLOWS EVER! Literally just like a hotel pillow. So soft, it feels like lying on a cloud. I now want to update all the pillows in my household. I am sold on these pillows forever and regret taking so long to buy them! A bit disappointed and still trying to get used to it. It’s semi soft or medium firm. However it’s a high pillow which is a bit difficult to adjust. I only use one of the pillows since it’s a tall/high thick pillow. Not going to return as its an average pillow and can be used but will need to shop a different pillow ... show more
