I have a frost 0.0... and it's nice and cool, but it is rated as a medium firm. I ordered this Glacier 0.0 which is listed on their site as "Soft" ... The internal pillows have the exact same model number. The Frost is cool.. Like a block of ice when you flip it over. This pillow is the hottest pillow I've ever used. No cooling effect at all. These pillows have nice quality and are somewhat comfortable but they flatten out easily. The thickness is no where to be found. The main reason for the purchase of this is because of the cooling feature well there isn’t one at all
