After many months of using these, I can say they hold up to my standards. Nice and plush, thick, and no weird smell. Good value, too. They do mold to the head and aren't super firm, but that's not what I was looking for. Hold up well.

I was thrilled to find these Beckham Hotel pillows after many hours of research. They are fully adjustable to your own firmness! Very good quality, has an outside zipper cover you can wash and an inside zipper cover that you can open and remove some of the memory foam pieces to adjust for firmness. My husband liked the pillow just as it came and I removed a couple of large handfuls to make it a little softer for me. We are side sleepers, so often pillows are too firm for us. I was so happy with them I ordered more of these pillows for my son’s whole family! They all loved them so much too. I don’t think you can go wrong in ordering these because you are sure to get them to fit everyone! Highly recommend! ... show more

So I waited awhile for these. I knew that when I ordered how long it would take. It just took so long cuz it was so worth it!!! Trust me, these are nice. Husband and I fell asleep so fast the first night we got them. It’s the right amount of firmness and softness. I tend to like mine on the firm side while my husband likes it soft. I’ve used them for a few weeks. It still has kept its shape. I just think it’s more firm now and not as soft. So I switch between my softer pillow and this one. I’m considering the softer version of this one. Maybe I might go the full feather ones to please my husband. Then we have both kinds to switch between the two and everyone is happy. I will pay good money for good quality pillows. These for the value is worth the splurge. ... show more

I have had a really hard time finding a good pillow in the past! I frequently get neck pain from pillows that don't work for me. I finally found a shredded memory foam pillow that worked for me and when we upgraded to a King bed, that pillow was no longer made. After reading reviews, we decided to try these pillows. This pillow is by FAR the best pillow I've ever used. Super customizable in terms of how supportive you want it to be. The king size is awesome - should have had that even before we had a king bed! I was initially concerned because it has shredded memory foam AND some stuffing (not all memory foam), but after using it for a month I have zero complaints.
