I gifted this to my father. They love the performance it has. It cleans the top of the pool debris and leaves and I am telling you it does a phenomenal job. Haven’t had the issue of it getting stuck in the filter area. Great product.

    • Picks up everything!
Robot is very light and it cleans fairly well. I love that i can fully charge it with the included charger, drop it in the pool and let it go, it will work steady with little to no intervention. Keeps the pool leaf free. All in all I really love this thing and am happy we found it.

The media could not be loaded. I would have given 5 stars but I just received two days ago, but so far a 5 star rating. Unit even picks up the fine debris and closes door when it turns so that the debris does not come out. Simply genius. I recommend this skimmer so far. Will update in a month.

This is a really brilliant device. I have had almost no use for my handy dandy net on a pole anymorebecause this robotic skimmer does such an amazing job. Solar power isawesome. There is no limit to its self propelled activity as long as thesun’s somewhat shining. Love it!

I live in Texas. I have a 20 x 40 ft saltwater pool. I have oak and elm trees dropping leaves and pollen in my pool most of the year. Before leaving this review I've used the Beatbot iSkim Ultra everyday for a week. I've also owned the Beatbot Aquasense Pro for a month. The solar panel is only as useful as the sun exposure on your pool. For me, the solar panel will be very useful in the Spring and the Summer, not so useful in the Fall and Winter. In the past week (mid September) I've had to charge my iSkim Ultra 3 times. When its not charging (takes about 5 hours for a 100% charge) its in the pool cleaning. Unlike the Beatbot Aquasese Pro, this Beatbot iSkim Ultra cleans over the 20 x 6 ft tanning ledge in my pool. The Beatbot iSkim Ultra is very thorough cleaning the surface of the pool during the day. It senses when its dark at night and doesn't clean as well. I can see a difference in the clarity of the pool water when I use the water clarifier, so I say that feature works well. When I removed the Beatbot iSkim Ultra from my pool for charging I clean the filter basket. I am happy with the amount of leaves and pollen in the basket. I am very satisfied with this combination of Beatbot Aquasense Pro and the Beatbot iSkim Ultra. The Beatbot Aquasense Pro does a phenomenal job on the floor, walls and water line, NOT a satisfactory job on the pool water surface. The Beatbot iSkim Ultra does an incredible job on the pool water surface. I still have to get the net and the brush out to clean daily. Neither device cleans the steps. The time I spend with the net and the brush is a tiny fraction of what I spent before. These two devices don't clean themselves so I spend time cleaning their filter baskets. I spend 10 to 15 minutes dumping and rinsing off each of the two filter baskets. ... show more

Perhaps I made a mistake sending beatbox skim back. It was very expensive, however it seems to be better than the lesser products and it is smart and it learns the pool and did not get stuck. it is better than Apier and it got stuck many times at the skimmer and it died the first two days after the sun was fully extended and I fully charged before I even put it in the pool and the app was very good. The pH value of skim it is Chemical tolerant at 7.8 is higher than others I have discovered and has a two year warranty as several others. I’m mixed on my decision and wish I had kept it. It seems a little pricey. Well, not going to lie the performance of this little water tank is worth it. While we have someone come every week to clean the pool, we still had leaves, bugs and a film of debris that would collect on the surface. It catches leaves, flowers, feathers and bugs before the sink to the bottom. And it never runs out of a charge. This has been one of the best things I've ever bought for our pool. ... show more
