The concept of what this product does is great. I have used this product on both knees and I really need the support. I wonder whether there are different sizes for this product as the fit on both knees is rather tight. My concern is whether there is an XL size and I have purchased an L size. I realize the product really needs to be a tight fit. I use these when teaching a dance class and sometimes towards the end of the class I find it best to take them off - even though I find the support works for me. My knees are not in such great shape that I can play volleyball or basketball or baseball or squash as I used to but they provide better support than other knee support products I've used ... show more

My daughter plays soccer all year and runs track in the Spring. She has a knee cap that subluxes (pops-out) occasionally. After many trips to the Orthopedic Doctor...my daughter was told she may need surgery or she may grow out if it. A friend recommended this brace. A Orthopedic Doctor told us to give it a try.
