*PURCHASE REASON: I had these crappy flat pillows from Ikea that offered no support, and went on Amazon to find these thick ones. *FAVORITE FEATURE(s): I love the feeling of having my head sink into something slowly. This does exactly that *PROS: -Color scheme (less likely to see stains if anything happens to them/cover comes off during sleep) -Very thick and fluffy pillows *CONS: -Thickness can sometimes be much (my head and neck felt higher up than the midline of my body and it took some getting used to, probably since I was previously using very flat pillows) -Pillow shape can be warped soon after opening (should diminish with more use and forming it with hands) *RECOMMENDATIONS FOR MANUFACTURER: N/A *RECOMMENDATIONS FOR OTHER BUYERS: Be sure to puff it with your hands to make sure the shape becomes more square and flattened when you take it out of the packaging! It might need a few days/weeks of use for it to get into a nice shape. *REASON FOR STARS: 4 STARS due to how my neck and head had been feeling, as well as the misshapenness of the pillow initially when out of bag ... show more

I'm not a big review writer but I'm really pleased w these pillows and I know some people comb through reviews before purchases. Pros: Excellent price and thus far (2 months) holding up way better than expected. I originally purchased to fill out shams and I liked the feel and ordered more as bed pillows. I find them soft without flattening out. I'm mostly a side/back sleeper. Cons: Husband finds them too soft. He prefers his memory foam pillow. He's also a side/back sleeper. ... show more

The pillows came vacuum sealed as advertised. I put them in the dryer, one at a time, on Air Fluff (no heat) for about 15 minutes each and they expanded nicely, again as advertised. Unfortunately, these are NOT "down alternative" but a standard 100% polyester fill. Medium firm, and comfortable when I used it the first night. I ordered these pillows in the king size. I was nervous when I first opened the packaging, because the pillows had been vacuum sealed and appeared very flat. However, the pillows fluffed up overnight. They are stuffed very generously and are very soft and very plush. I’m very happy with my purchase.
