The pillows came vacuum sealed as advertised. I put them in the dryer, one at a time, on Air Fluff (no heat) for about 15 minutes each and they expanded nicely, again as advertised. Unfortunately, these are NOT "down alternative" but a standard 100% polyester fill. Medium firm, and comfortable when I used it the first night. I won't return it, but just be aware of what you're getting ... show more
