Not sure why some reviews say assembly was difficult. I assembled each chair within 25 minutes (for your reference I'm a mid 30s woman with barely any building skills!). The directions were easy to follow. Like with all furniture, I've noticed it's best not to fully tighten the first screws until you have the other ones in the holes a bit. The chairs look like they would be so stiff but I found them to be comfortable as the wicker part shapes to your body when seated. They are wide enough to accommodate for larger guests. The colors and size matched up well with our current patio furniture. Plus the price is excellent. I'm going to buy 6 more to using as outdoor dining chairs. Also they're stackable! ... show more

    • Holes don’t line up for a smooth assembly
Chairs are sturdy and comfortable however, the holes don’t line up properly which makes it difficult to assemble.

I bought 2 sets of 2 and while I was assembling the last chair the back on one of the chairs didn't have proper screw thread, so I couldn't assemble the chair.     • NO SCREWS!!!! I gave this as a gift and the recipient can't put it together.
IF THE PRODUCT CAN NOT BE ASSEMBLED BECAUSE OF MISSING PARTS, IT MIGHT AS WELL BE RETURNED. WHAT A WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY. IT ALL LOOKS GOOD IN THEORY, BUT WHEN YOU GET THE PRODUCT, IT'S USELESS.

    • nice chairs - great customer service
Firstly and most importantly - customer service was an A++. Now the reason I only gave a 3 star rating is because the first chair assembled quickly and easily - looks great and is comfortable! However the second chair was an issue. One screw when tightened (connecting the seat to the back) went right through the hole so wouldnt properly tighten. And the second screw also connecting the seat to the back wouldnt go in like at all. Half the scew stuck out no matter how hard we tried to tighten to the point that we then stripped the screw. This made the second chair not useable and therefore essentially paid $140 for one chair. Heres the kicker though - I initially was going to return but then decided to disassemble, repackage and pay for postage... just wasnt worth it. Then the company reached out asking my reason for wanting to return and when I explained everything, they refunded me for one of the chairs! It was their idea too - I didnt even ask, I initially only had said I decided not to return etc. SO long story short, I think the product is very nice - we just unfortunatly had a hiccup with our order that I dont anticipate everyone will encounter ... show more
