This is a great machine. The machine is a work horse and even more so the support after purchase by the BAI team is AMAZING! Any issues that I have, mostly from my inexperiences, have been solved by the team quickly (shoutout to Chris)! I'm super pleased with this machine and its capabilities. The V22 is great for hats too! It doesn't have auto threading or a camera/laser to easily center designs, but in my opinion those are "nice to haves" and at this price, this machine does everything I want and more. 10/10 would purchase again. it is very sturdy. I gave 4 stars for beginners, because while this machine is easy to learn, in general embroidery is a difficult craft to learn, and a 15 needle is a beast. ... show more

When I was researching which commercial embroidery machine I should get, the bai brand never made it on the list. But then you look at who was writing the reviews and you see it was a brand ambassador for those larger more well-known machines. I decided to take a chance and get the new bai Vision V22 single-head machine for a fraction of the price of the other ones. I am so happy that I went with bai! This machine is amazing and I have had no issues with it at all. I have embroidered over 20 garments already and have only had the normal thread tension adjustments to worry about. I am not sure what complaints that anyone would have with the new Vision V22. If you are on the fence because of the price, do not worry. The bai machine is solid. Another great surprise has been the customer support that bai offers. My support engineer, Leo, has been nothing but amazing. He checks in with me to make sure things are going well. If I need him, I just send him a message and he gets back to me immediately. So happy that I took the step to get a bai. ... show more

I purchased the Bai V-22. Since I was brand new to machine embroidery, I was extremely nervous about using it and had so many questions. Luke Ren had a lot of patience and was fantastic at helping me get to know my machine and to know where to look for more information. After a couple of weeks of working I had an error message come up about the "main axis not turn". Luke Ren had me checking circuits and wiring (with help from my husband). We exchanged photos and videos to help in finding the problem. It was determined to be the circuit board needed replaced. Luke Ren and Benson ordered the part immediately. It came in quickly and was surprisingly easy to change out. I am back to having fun with my Bai V22. I cannot speak highly enough about assistance Luke Ren has given me. He responds around 6 pm on any day I send him a message on WhatsApp. I was very hesitant to order a machine directly from China but, I can say I am extremely pleased that I decided to take the chance. ... show more

When I bought the machine I was having issues constantly. I seen how beautifully this machine embroidered on videos and mine wasn't embroidering at all. I couldn't figure out what was wrong with my machine and Chris from their customer service chat helped me figure out what as wrong. It was making sure my needles were in the correct position and now I see what everyone was talking about on how amazing this machine really works. I have the V22 machine and earlier today I attempted to upgrade to the newest version of Institch. Sadly, it failed so I reached out to Chris Zhong at Bai and asked him for help (which BTW I should have done from the start - lesson learned). Chris was amazing. He emailed me the fix along with a video of how to correctly apply the update and within a few minutes I was back up and running. Bai's customer service is outstanding.
