  • The light mounts made of 6061-T6 aluminum alloy material with CNC machining and iii grade hard anodized surface for durability and reliability in the most demanding environments.
  • Kit comes with four sizes of rubber ring inserts to provide a comfortable fit and protect the mounting surface. Rubber ring diameters: 0.875" (22mm), 1" (25.4mm), 1.125" (28.6mm), 1.26" (32mm). The rubber ring can be increased or decreased according to the diameter of the round rails. The tube clamp mount have a 1.375" (34.92mm) diameter mounting hole when without the rubber ring insert.
  • Hinged design and single-bolt locking make installation easier. An Allen key is included in the package to facilitate your installation.
  • The bar clamp mount with 10mm screw hole, compatible with various light mounting brackets. Ideal for a variety of applications including antenna, whip light, whip flag, light bars, fog lights, driving lights, LED work light, LED off road light, HID and halogen spotlights.
  • Note: 1.26'' rubber rings can be inserted into 0.875'' and 1'' soft rubber rings to combine rubber ring inserts of different diameters to be compatible with 0.787''(20mm) / 0.75''(19mm) / 0.7''(18mm) round rail.

This is my 5th set of the BRCOVAN Aluminum Alloy Clamp Mounts. The first set impressed me so much with their quality and functionality that I started thinking of the many different ways I could use these mounting clamps beyond their originally intended purpose. I feel like a collector of these BRCOVAN clamps now. I'm using them in different and creative ways beyond mounting lights on my UTV or truck. The details below are mostly the same as my reviews of my other sets of BRCOVAN clamps (which were also 5-star rated). However, this particular model of the clamp has different features from the other models, and I'll note where they differ below. (Specifically, this model is simpler and less versatile, but still very well-designed and made.) Easy Installation, Good Design: One of the nice features of these clamps is the ease of installation. Unlike the two-piece clamps commonly found on Amazon, these come as a single unit with a hinged side, requiring just one bolt to secure. This design is particularly useful for bars where rear access is limited. The single-piece rubber bushing further simplifies the installation process, making it a breeze. Sleek and Low-Profile Design: These clamps boast a low-profile design that is perfect for bars situated close to other surfaces, such as a dashboard or windshield. Their sleek form factor doesn't compromise on strength or functionality, making them an ideal choice for any setup. This model is the smallest of all the BRCOVAN I have acquired so far. High-Quality Build: The build quality is excellent, like each of the other BRCOVAN clamps I now own. The aluminum alloy construction ensures that the clamp mount is both lightweight and strong. It's evident that the manufacturers have paid attention to quality. Tough as Nails: I put my first set of these clamp mounts through some tough tests involving my vise and a hammer. To my surprise, it came out unscathed -- unlike some other clamps I tested the same way. (Admittedly, with a much larger hammer, I could have done some damage, but honestly, I was impressed with the toughness of these clamps.) Missing The Adjustable Bracket Feature: The other model clamps I got from BRCOVAN have a unique L-bracket position-locking feature. The bracket is keyed to specific positions via small metal pins that fit precisely into corresponding holes on the clamp body. This highly functional feature allows for versatile positioning of the L-bracket while ensuring it stays firmly locked in place once you have it in position. I like that feature. This model DOES NOT HAVE IT. However, that's not an oversight. This model has a simpler design without an adjustable bracket. I can appreciate the design decision for this model to make the clamp body and bracket one solid piece. Worth The Cost: While the BRCOVAN clamps might be priced a bit higher than some of the cheaper alternatives, the quality and features they offer make them well worth the investment. They immediately became my preferred clamps. My Final Thoughts: If you're in the market for a durable, high-quality and solid mounting clamp, these should do the trick. The "BRCOVAN Light Bar Mounting Bracket Solid Aluminum Alloy clamp for Motorcycle ATV UTV or Truck" is a robust, well-crafted piece of equipment that I can recommend. The seller, BRCOVAN, offers several variants of these clamps, and those I have tried are all very good quality. One of the other models is my favorite, but these are good quality and useful for smaller tube/bar diameters. They lack the versatility of some of the other models, but they don't skip on the quality. It's nice to have a choice of several clamp designs. If this design meets your requirements I think you'll be very happy with these clamps. ... show more

Let's get into the thick of things with this lighting rig straight from the metal forges of Vulcan or some other divine place. These light mounts? Made from 6061-T6 aluminum alloy that could probably survive a cataclysmic event. I mean, CNC machining and iii grade hard anodized surface? It's like armoring a tank with another tank. The kit throws in rubber ring inserts of four sizes. Customization, baby! Whether you're strapping this thing onto a Harley or a mountain bike, these rubber rings are your new best friends. And let's talk about that hinged design and single-bolt locking. Installation? A cakewalk, like riding a tricycle down a hill. And they even throw in an Allen key; no need to rummage through that messy toolbox. Fits a cornucopia of handlebars and rails. They've thought of everything, even giving you the heads-up to measure before you buy. No ugly surprises, just the relentless embrace of solid engineering. The screw hole, 10mm, is like the universal donor of mounting hardware. Whip lights, antennas, flags—this thing doesn't discriminate. It's the United Nations of light mounts. And hey, they even give you a two-pack, because one is never enough. Five stars? You bet. This kit could probably hold your life together better than your last relationship. I am using to hold small lights on a Rhino. Well crafted, with insulators provided for a snug fit. Fairly thick and substantial metal, so hope to get many years of use with these. Overall, satisfied.

These mounts are really good quality. They are made out of high quality aluminum which is anodized. The coating is really high quality which protect then from oxidation. I recommend this product.

I am using these to mount accessory lights on my custom harley build. I am currently in mock up stage and have the brackets mounted to my springer front end. The only thing I changed was I replaced the bolt and nut with a black set to match the brackets, lights and forks. They seem to be of high quality and the appearance is great.. ... show more

I was looking for a light bar mount for my motorcycle and this happened to be the perfect size to fit the front shock posts. With a little bit of retrofitting I can mount my light bar and and have that much needed light in front of my bike! The mounts are made out of metal and so they are quite tough. They are well designed and easy to install. Comes with all the hardware and two allen wrenches to tighten them down. Definitely recommend this product for mounting any type of light or antenna on your rigs. 5 stars guys! ... show more
