These lights put out very bright intense lighting. The cases of the lights made out of metal and are quite heavy. The mounting brackets are substantial . The mounting bolts are very high quality with hex bolt heads . The package is very substantial . A great buy.

The amount of light it puts out vs the price is perfect. Only thing I did to the light was open them up and add extra waterproofing sealant but I do that for just extra backup. Price is perfect. After testing with a fully charged battery, I found what was looking for. A decent "Alley Light" that was small & bright. These are very small and wont interfere with a roof rack. Not the brightest, but pretty decent for the size and cost. 4.5 stars.

Bought these to attach to the underside of my conversion van as back-up lights. The original back-up lights weren't really up to the task. These are brighter than they need to be for this purpose, but it sure makes backing up my trailer at night a lot easier!

Wired these up to a relay to my reverse light & a dedicated power line from my battery which I also used to run bed lights (tons of youtube tutorials to follow), and these work great. Very bright, my backup camera looks like daylight now. 2 things of note: 1) they come with metric hex key cap screws. Do yourself a favor and grab 4x 1/4"x1" stainless hex head bolts, 8x1/4" stainless washers, 4x split washers, and 4x nyloc nuts from Home Depot. It'll make life much easier if you ever need to service, and also more likely to stay appropriately torqued for longer. 2) good practice to get some silicone around the wire. Says it's waterproof, but you don't want to do all this work and find out it's not that waterproof... Included photos when I was testing, from the underside, and before/after from the backup camera. Even from the photo, it's hard to see just how much light these throw. You can see everything. ... show more

These are nice and small. At 13.5 volts in they draw 930 ma. / .93 a. and the supply reads 12 watts. Companies always over rate the wattage of these lights. My use for these is to put on the ramp as back up lights on a 30ft flatbed trailer. They are not super bright like off road lights, on the other hand, in my shop, closed with the lights out, I could see objects very clearly at 35 ft. I'm considering getting another set to use one as a deck light in the front. ... show more
