After testing with a fully charged battery, I found what was looking for. A decent "Alley Light" that was small & bright. These are very small and wont interfere with a roof rack. Not the brightest, but pretty decent for the size and cost. 4.5 stars.

The amount of light it puts out vs the price is perfect. Only thing I did to the light was open them up and add extra waterproofing sealant but I do that for just extra backup. Price is perfect. Easy install. Lights are bright. The studs on the lights where the mounting brackets attach are a little short to include a lock washer, flat washer and nut (on both sides of the light). Satisfied overall.

Bought these to attach to the underside of my conversion van as back-up lights. The original back-up lights weren't really up to the task. These are brighter than they need to be for this purpose, but it sure makes backing up my trailer at night a lot easier!

These are nice and small. At 13.5 volts in they draw 930 ma. / .93 a. and the supply reads 12 watts. Companies always over rate the wattage of these lights. My use for these is to put on the ramp as back up lights on a 30ft flatbed trailer. They are not super bright like off road lights, on the other hand, in my shop, closed with the lights out, I could see objects very clearly at 35 ft. I'm considering getting another set to use one as a deck light in the front. ... show more
