The media could not be loaded. This turned out to be an excellent log set for the money. I was cautiously hopeful looking at the pictures and the reviews. Compared to some of the others this was much less expensive, but I am thoroughly impressed by the quality and function. The lock themselves are very realistic and appearance, and very detailed in the way they fit together. They’re not just sitting in a place they actually have pins which hold them in their position. We have natural gas instead of propane. It is a very simple process to set up for NG versus LP during insulation. The only negative that I can offer (and it was a big one when I first received the shipment) is that there is no mention in any of the package details that comes in two separate boxes. You can only imagine my reaction when I came home planning to install these and, opened the box to find only the logs themselves, which was a completely different part number from the item I had ordered. Because Amazon showed this as “delivered” I took this as an error by the seller. I had already started the return, after I had printed the label and was getting ready to stick it to the box I realized that there was another label with a small “1 of 2” notation. So, on the outside hope that this was actually a screwup by UPS, I held off on returning the box. Thankfully, that was exactly the case and box 2 of 2 delivered the following day. To the seller: please be descriptive and clearly state when your package will come in multiple boxes/shipments. I have learned that UPS will almost always separate these for some reason. I’m just glad they ended up delivering the rest of it. As far as Amazon knew, the order had delivered completely with the first box. All’s well that ends well though, and I am very happy with this purchase! Would definitely buy these again! ... show more
