  • Excellent sounding Hall reverb!
Color: Black Reverb
The AZOR AP312 Digital Reverb Guitar Effect Pedal Hall provided exactly the reverb I wanted (Hall) and I could dial it in to match the Hall reverbs of my Line 6 emulators as well as Logic Pro plugins. It does generate just a very, very small amount of noise, but only that which you would notice in a very quiet studio environment with headphones. My purpose was to provide reverb in a live performance, where the noise won't likely even be noticed at all! Buy this unit with confidence, as it delivers exactly what it is supposed to, for an extremely inexpensive price. I give it 4 starts instead of the full 5 only because of one feature I wish it had... ...the unit does not come back on in the on/off state it was in when you last disconnected power. All my other stomp pedals work this way. I suspect it is because the on/off switch is an "electronic" switch as opposed to a "mechanical" one, and therefore the on/off state is not persisted when turned off and then back on. I wish it worked like this so that when I power up my live pedalboard, everything comes back up exactly as it was when I powered it down. Secondly, once you dial in the kind of reverb you want (with the Delay and Pre Delay knobs) you pretty much leave those controls alone, and the only knob you tweak adjust afterward is the Mix control. Much like a guitar amplifier with only one control for the Reverb, the Mix control should be the great big knob in the middle of the unit, not the Pre Delay control. Swap these two controls so that the big knob controls the amount (or Mix) as it is labeled, and you've made a significant convenience improvement. With the "swapped" controls and a persisted on/off switch, and you've got yourself a 5 star product. Lack of these features does not warrant returning the unit by any stretch of the imagination. I VERY MUCH like this unit! Well done AZOR! ... show more

  • Gives That Classic Fender Reverb Sound And Is Easy To Use. Awesome Value!
Color: Brown Reveb
I've been looking for a way to add reverb to the little 5 watt Monoprice tube amp my wife got me as a gift, and this AZOR AP311 Spring Reverb pedal delivers a lot of bang for the buck. You can get everything from a slightly fuller tone, all the way up to the bouncy sproink that is perfect for playing surf guitar tunes. Also great for rockabilly slapback and soaring blues leads. The pedal itself is built solidly out of aluminum and steel and the switch clicks on and off nicely. There is also a light to let you know when the pedal is activated. You do need to purchase a power adapter for this pedal, but you'll never have to worry about running out of battery life or corrosion destroying your favorite effect. Engaging the reverb pedal does add a slight boost to volume and brightens up your tone a bit. When off, this pedal does indeed do a true bypass. Also included in the box were a stick-on sheet of velcro and a rubber one to keep your pedal where you want, whether it's in a pedalboard or on top of your amp. I'm very impressed with this brand and think you will be too! ... show more

  • Relatively clean guitar compressor, for not much $ = great value
Color: Orange Compressor
The pedal compresses guitar signals at a budget price. Very much worth what you pay - and then some. What's here: a big lighted compressor knob, EQ and Level controls, and a tiny enclosure built like a tank. What I find particularly useful is putting this compressor after EQ with boost, and before or after overdrive with boost. Since this compressor *also* has boost, you can shape your sound relative to both input and output levels at three contiguous stages in the pedal chain. Incredibly useful for varying timbres. What's not here: attack and sustain controls. Attack can be a bit much with heavy picking, but you learn quickly how to match your playing style to what the compressor can do. Feature-wise (and probably sound-wise), the pedal is like a bunch of other compressor pedals with similar features. In my case, it plays well with two AZOR overdrive pedals and a JOYO graphic EQ. The pedal board that it's on also has two inexpensive Behringer pedals (FX600 multi-effects and DR600 reverb) at the end. The board was built to prove that it's possible to combine the best of inexpensive pedals into a very functional, complete unit - and it is! I have more expensive effects pedals and pedal boards that are - yes - better in most respects. But the AZOR compressor filled out what is a great complement of inexpensive guitar pedals that are versatile and actually sound good. Kudos to AZOR for this pedal and the two previously purchased overdrive pedals, each of which is amazingly good for the $. Compression on single-coil clean Tele and Strat sounds with the AZOR compressor sounds great, is just what is needed. So if you haven't invested in simple compressor and EQ - plus optimally, a noise reduction pedal such as the Behringer NR300 - then just do it. EQ, compression, and noise reduction are the foundation of any electric or acoustic/electric guitar sound. And at these prices, there's no excuse not to. ... show more

  • Wow . At this price ?
Color: Red Distortion
I have been using MXR pedals for quite some time now and I have to say that these Azor pedals are every bit as good or better . This thing is sturdy, but most importantly sounds fantastic . Half the money of most other pedals with performance that is undeniable.

  • Best reverb you can get for this price
Color: Brown Reveb
I don't usually right to many reviews because im get a request as soon as i get the product and that is irritating but in this case i will, this is a great reverb for the money and after playing with it for about an hour i thought "what a deal i got" for less than $25.00 you cant beat it. it gives as much depth as you want and as little as you need, you just have to fool around with the mix and dwell to find the sweet spot for what you want from it but that is easy to do without a lot of setting to frustrate you, it is small enough to fit anywhere if you don't w3ant to put it on a a pedal board, i am completely satisfied with it ... show more
