The media could not be loaded. I love this product and it's a fraction of the price of those bigger ones that do the same thing. It's easy to use, just stand on it and either do a standard workout, or one that they've programed in. There is also Bluetooth music but I haven't checked it out yet because I won't use it. This is an ok entry level vibration platform if you’re just looking to try it out to see if you like it. It’s powerful and overall works alright. There are a couple design flaws that make this very annoying to use. The touch buttons on the machine are impossible to not hit while exercising. Any exercises other than standing results in the touch buttons being activated and the machine either shuts off or goes to full speed. Sitting exercises and stretches are minimally possible on this machine. After a week of use I ordered a machine made by another manufacturer that appears to have better button setup. The Bluetooth speaker on this machine has a very annoying pairing announcement that is at max volume. With all that being said, vibration platforms are an impressive workout. I feel like I’ve been running every day and I have really noticed an increase in energy. I want to explore more exercises so I ordered a different platform with better setup. I’m getting back into shape after Covid. Unfortunately my joints and muscles get tired easy. This vibration plate helps with recovery of muscles. I love it I feel so much more relaxed after using it in my knees. You do have to balance so I recommend using it on a flat surface like hardwood and not carpet. The media could not be loaded. Not sure about losing weight, but it works great on my blood circulation up to my stomach. If you expect this machine will shake up your whole body, I don't feel it. However, it shakes my legs and my stomach vigorously. (Also it depends on the level I pick)

Got this based on recommendation from my chiropractor. Really helps keep my back, legs, shoulders relaxed and loose. I use it at least once a day for ten minutes, sometimes twice, depending on how tense or stiff I am feeling. Have a little trouble with the remote…can’t seem to make it work every single time so I just turn on the machine and step on. I have the platform standing next to a wall so I could sort of keep a hand on that wall so I wouldn’t fall. But I am steady enough on my feet now, I don’t have to hold on. Got a friend with a bum ankle to try it and she was amazed that her ankle felt better and stopped swelling after just a few days of use. The platform is well made, easy to unpack, and not very heavy.
