I had no idea how powerful this vibration plate could be. It is wonderful. It is also addictive, simply because it feels so good! I've been using 10 to 20 minutes a day for a week and can already feel the difference in my joints, lower and upper back. If I get tense all I have to do is step on this for a few minutes and the tension disappears. My muscles actually get sore like I had a good work out. Simply amazing machine. It is well built, very sturdy and stays put while using it, through the whole workout. I use it on both carpet and our hardwood floors. If your feet or legs hurt, use this while sitting.
