The battery or charger has never worked since I got the vehicle. It's my fault that I didn't return it in time. I just didn't drive it because I have 22 RC cars. All of the best . I just wanted to warn people. It's a common problem apparently. This is a total waste of everyone's time for me to even type my stupidity. But there, I did it. I'm not happy because I don't know if it's the charger or battery and I'm sitting here messing with it finally. I tried a few times but didn't really pay attention. I gave it five stars because it was pretty fun, but I only drove it with the original, from the factory charge. Ok I'll shut up now. Oh I didn't hit submit. Well now the battery just puffed up and was ready to explode. I'm glad I caught it. I've had lipo fires before and it's crazy. I normally charge in my oven inside a lipo bag after the fires I've had. I'm so lucky my house didn't burn down you wouldn't believe it. I was supposed to leave my house but procrastinated and then a battery burst into flames. If had left the house like I was supposed to, my house would be gone. Lipos are no joke. I'm scared now ... show more

I got this on whim for my little guy and man its cool. Not really a toy. This thing is a sophisticated little truck. It is not fast but it crawls over everything. Very impressive. My 3 year old loves it because its tough and fun. I like messing with it because you can really do some technical crawling over rocks, sticks and other stuff. Worth the cash. The media could not be loaded. Great little crawler. All four wheels turn all the time. It does a great job going over anything about half its height, sometimes taller. Per other reviews, I bought larger batteries at the start which have worked great. The only negative is it tips over a bit easier than I would expect. I might get some heavier wheels on it to help keep it grounded a bit better ... show more

Fun little RTR crawler. Fairly capable keeping in mind it's size. It is lightweight so expect rollovers, but so far has been durable. I was very disappointed with the factory battery lifespan - got 3 charges out of it and then it stopped taking a charge - replaced factory battery and charger with URGENEX 7.4V Lipo Battery 2S 30C 900mAh Rechargeable Lipo Battery with PH2.0 Plug and so far so good. There are so many upgrades and so many manuf of different parts it can be overwhelming if you are new to the hobby. I've upgraded wheel/tire combo, added brass diff covers for weight, and got other shocks. All cheap upgrades and I'm happy with it. This is kind of "hobby-grade" RC more than a toy, but it's still a toy at heart. ... show more

This is a amazing machine with incredible aftermarket, for someone like me who loves to tinker and try to make things the best they can be I don’t think a better platform exists, it does good stock and gets better with some modifications, I can’t wait to upgrade it to the max, I will say plastic parts are very easy to strip but the aftermarket support makes replacing or upgrading these parts a breeze ... show more

Kids love RC cars/trucks!!! I bought two of these for my 4 and 7 year old. They absolutely love them! the 1/24 scale is a perfect size to play with indoors and you don't need to go anywhere to find obstacles for them, just go outside. Because this is a hobby grade toy you will find aftermarket support to upgrade or fix broken components, compared to something you would buy from Walmart or any other box store. Meaning you don't have to throw it away if one little thing breaks on it, which is awesome! Spend the money and buy one of these, compared to a Panda Hobby(Dont Buy) or a no name brand. I just left a review for one I had picked up because it was the only thing available where I'm currently located. Do you and/or your kid a favor, and buy a quality product that will last a long time because parts are available to fix them. "You get what you pay for" ... show more
