We ordered this fire pit in August. Received it in about a week. After assembling it we realized there was some damage. Two of the tiles on top were cracked and the cover was bent out of shape. Contacted the seller and sent pictures. At first they offered us a $100 refund. All we really wanted is for them to send replacement parts so we could fix it. They ended up shipping us a new one quickly and didn’t require us to return the damaged one. We were very impressed with the customer service! Fire pit is very nice great heat output. A few flaws in the material quality. The top is a different shade then the sides. The door handle will not go on as the screw is too short but it doesn't need it. The instructions are bad but was able to fix it out. Not a deal breaker overall a nice piece

First box had to send back for a missing table leg cap. Assembly was frustrating and the parts were not fitting together. Ordered a new table and opted for the assembly.... worth every single penny. The contractor was timely and efficient. He figured out the directions are backwards and the parts were mislabeled. If you're going to spend the money, go all out or it won't be worth it. Love it! It took some time and focus to put it together but it was so well worth it in the end. Can't remember exactly how long it took because it was a lot of stopping and starting. Only took 1 person to put it together. The heat is adjustable and can put out a lot if needed. The blue rocks are a nice touch too. So far so good. Will maybe update my review in 6months. The media could not be loaded. This fire table is fabulous! It works as a coffee table and a fire table. It emits a beautiful ambience and is a great addition to my back patio. Love it! Highly recommend. Husband said assembly is super easy. Lay pieces out and look at pics!!
