They are high quality of steel. A good set for any wood-work for sure but not suggested for hardwood. It fits my drill perfectly and they are easy to work with. They are sharp enough for wood and plastic surfaces which is great. There are 10 different shapes which is plenty for me to use in different projects. I like to work with wood like building small stuff. This helps me achieve my goals in a convenient matter. Highly recommended for any wood worker like me. Using them on hardwood, they dulled so fast. It was my first time using them so maybe I did something wrong, but I can't believe they were so dull after just a couple uses. I'm going to have to look for a better quality replacement set.
