Does a wonderful job cleaning my pool both the bottom and the sides, including the waterline. I got the one that does not clean the surface because I found that the Betta robot is much less expensive and does a fantastic job cleaning the surface all the time using solar power so there really wasn’t a reason to get the pro version of this. I put it in the pool every three days and it cleans everything. It is pretty amazing and it’s so much better than having a robot with a diaper. I’ve used the Aquabot Turbo for years and just hated it. It was better than manual cleaning, but it was just such a pain to clean and maintain. Plus having a cord was a huge pain when putting it away. Another part of the problem was the fact that it used a diaper for filtration and it was just a nightmare to clean. I switched to disposable diapers from a company sold those that’s actually in the process of going out of business unfortunately and the disposable diapers for that robot were a huge improvement, but still nothing half as good as the as the Beatbot. The basket is quick and easy to clean and it doesn’t require putting a cloth diaper into a washing machine or any other cleaning hassle. I highly recommend the Beatbot . ... show more

Cleans really well, doesn’t get stuck anywhere, very convenient charger, battery is adequate, and the basket size is more than adequate. I use it together with betta skimmer, and it’s a dynamic duo. Update after 4 weeks of use: Robot still cleans very well, but few things are not quite as expected. First, robot does park at waterline, but does so very occasionally, probably only 20% of time . It cleans walls and waterline only in some spots, never goes around the perimeter of the pool. It cleans the pool for about 90-140 min ( that was the shortest and longest time recorded). But even considering those shortcomings, I’m still pretty happy with it and still give it 5*. ... show more

    • Didn't clear pool after 4 attempts, didn't return to surface
I really wanted to love this robot, which has been marketed extremely well. Unfortunately, the product & customer experience does not live up to what is marketed. PROS + Robot did remove dirt/silt from pool + App is pretty + Customer service is responsive to initial inquiry + Charging is easy CONS - Robot did not clean full pool after 4 attempts; visible dirt/silt left - Robot lasted between 80 and 120 minutes on full charge - Robot did not return to surface at end of clean and needed to be fished out of the pool, and for some reason always the deep end - App doesn't allow you to do much and doesn't retain information; everything is in the robot itself - Customer service phrases things in a way to blame you, the user, and said this was not ordinary behavior; from other reviews, it seems this is unfortunately normal behavior for this robot and they have some work to do For reference, this was a large rectangular vinyl in-ground pool. Nothing crazy. Why 2 stars rather than 1? It kinda worked, customer service kinda tried, and this thing has the ability to be updated, so maybe it will get better for others in the future.     • Wanted a vacuum that worked with the Betta skimmer
first let me describe my pool, this is important. the dimensions are roughly 30 X40 with a 10 foot deep end. the ramp from the shallow end to deep end is pretty steep. The walls to the floor is curved not a 90degs like most every video shows these robots working flawlessly. if you have what I described they dont work like that. I tried the AIPER it failed miserably because of what I explained so I sent it back. Now with the AquaSense and things are better but NOT as advertised. It does a good job on the floor but there is not enough battery to do the floor and the walls. It does NOT do stairs. it does scrub the water line BUT it falls off the wall when it hits the water inlet or the ladder on the wall and gets confuse and goes somewhere else. You can see the difference where it did scrub the waterline. Also the thing I liked about it was the fact that when its complete it comes to the waterline and stays there But what they dont tell you is you have 10 minutes to retrieve it, or it floats to the bottom of the pool, not an issue unless its on the deep end. So over all not a bad bot like the Aiper It has its pros and cons. We were sending it back but we like the fact we can have the vacuum and the skimmer at the same time so we are keeping it. Robot is well built and looks like it would be a very good option for wireless cleaning. Our pool is below the maxium rated size but the robot would not finish cleaning the floor of pool before stopping for a charge at about 2 hours 15 minutes. Once charged it does not pick up the previous job to continue so it will never complete cleaning floor and never start the walls or waterline. Seller said it was working as designed after multiple conversations. I had to get Amazon involved to complete the refund after returning. I would suggest sticking to the better known brands. ... show more
