I got this hose because it was advertised as "Kink Free", and it is not. It kinks constantly. Every time I use it, I have to go undo kinks. Not only that, but the cheap plastic hose end threads are so loose that there is not a tight connection between the spray nozzle and the house - so you get watered while you are watering your plants (I've tried adding bushings, but it's the actual threads that are leaking). I've owned Sunjoe stuff before, and have always been happy with those products, but this hose is about as cheap and poorly designed as they come. ... show more

I needed a long (100'), lightweight hose that I could use on the roof as I cleaned skylights and solar panels. For this application, this hose was perfect. Very lightweight and long enough to reach the farthest panels on the roof. I don't think I would use this with a power sprayer as I don't think the water pressure would be strong enough. The hose kinks a lot, but that may be to the first time use as it's coiled pretty tight in the packaging. Hopefully, next time out (or up) it will be less of an issue. Will have to see how the plastic coupling hold up, but so far so good. If you're looking for a long, lightweight hose and aren't dialing for water pressure, this could be your hose. ... show more

Purchasing an AquaJoe hose before at a big box store, I wanted to get another one (as the previous one blew out). I like the fact that the hose is lightweight. However, the interior plastic hose is not circular, it is more oval. This causes the hose to kink and harder to wind up on the reel. The connectors are plastic, and initially leak. Been buying the shrinking hoses advertised by certain TV actors. They never go past a season. At least they collapse to easil go in trash, but I digress. Bought a 25 and 50 foot of this kind. Doesnt collapse, which I knew before I purchased. It is lightweight. S far so good but I just started using. I'll return for an update but for now? Its a great hose that doesn't really kink BUT you really have to unravel well before use or it will be a bit twisted. Not exactly kink twisted but enough of a twist where the pressure was being cut off a bit.
