The media could not be loaded. I had to return the first one I bought as it developed an internal leak and was rendered useless like this one. This is the Amazon facilitated replacement and as you can see in the video, it too has developed some kind of internal leak making it useless. The Amazon facilitated replacement was delivered 1/24/24 and its 3/17/24 and this one is useless. They will not last more than 2 to 3 months tops. Now it gets worse....Amazon will not replace this and I have to go to AquaJoe for a warranty claim. Well, product registration works fine but hen when you try to make a claim, the website just keeps dumping you back to product registration....one continuous loop. There is also zero customer service and emails never get answered after many attempts. IMO, this is a sham company with a nice fancy site and in the end makes crap products pushed by fake reviews. I was really hoping for something better and in the end, I am out the money as I have no way of returning anything. Save the money and do not buy this product! UPDATE - Since I could not return it, I decided to find the root cause of this and found it. The rubber hose used as the expandable inner tube is manufactured poorly and inheritability will fail. I have experience with extrusion / blow molding in the plastics industry and can clearly see the issue. If you look at the pictures you will see that there are "thin spots" on the rubber hose and when you look at the inside like in the other picture you will see that the thin spots at these "seams" crack thus leading to the failure which happened in the final picture. Now, it would be odd for this to be a two piece blow molded process as extrusion processing would seem to be best, but there is definitely a pronounced "seam line" on both sides of this tube where it cracks. Based on this I highly recommend that you DO NOT BUY this as you are destined to failure no matter what as these "thin spots" and "cracks" will fail it is just a matter of time. This is not a bad water hose and what other hose can you find that comes with a 2 year warranty? I use this in my RV for my fresh water connection and it has worked out ok. It is very compact and easy to store. The 25ft length is good for most RV camp sites but there have been times I have needed to break out the 100 footer. This thing will not withstand high pressure at some of the parks I have been to. The last RV park I blew a hose and put the warranty to it's test. A few emails to customer service and I had a new hose waiting on me at the next place the next day!! Very pleased withtheir customer service and how they stand behind their product. For this, I now carry 2 Aqua Joe Water hoses in my RV and rate this as a 5 star product. ... show more

1.) Purchased aqua joke #1. After about 10 uses sprung a leak, catastrophic failure. Hmmm, maybe I just got a bad one. 2.) Purchased aqua joke #2. This one came with a blue and white label on it that states and I quote... "first time use, fully extend hose and then fill with water." I took that to mean the VERY first time but come to find out I believe it means every time!!! lol? So, the VERY first time before using it I straightened it out, all 50' of it, and THEN filled the hose with water as instructed. I was thinking that maybe that is why the first one failed. Nope. My 2nd time using this hose, catastrophic failure #2. I kept the hose in one of those plastic vase looking hose holders with the spigot end coming out the hole in the bottom. I took out the hose which I just laid in the vase holder, set it on the ground and within seconds of turning on the water (barely) it blew up. I'm sorry to report what I believe they mean is that you have to straighten out the hose with zero kinks in it... every... single... time before turning it on or it WILL FAIL. A kink in this hose before or while filled is a death sentence to the hose and your money. You can NOT have a kink in this while storing it. Read that again... you can NOT have a kink in this hose, not one single solitary bend in this hose while storing it. Just how in the world this company is allowed to sell this junk is beyond me. DO NOT BUY THIS HOSE!!! This is not an expandable hose nor is it a heavy duty plastic hose. It's an in-between piece of puke. It does nothing good and is all bad. Think about it, with an expandable hose you can let the water out and throw it in a container, no fuss no muss. With a plastic hose you can do that to but if it gets a kink all you do is straighten out the kink and you're on your way. With this one just one bend anywhere and the hose will fail. DO NOT BUY THIS HOSE!!! ... show more

Super easy to pick up and move (Didn't feel like I was carrying a backpack on my shoulder.) Easy for a female to maneuver. This also gives a thumbs up to being lightweight. The material makes it so it deflates if you will after use, helping with the weight factor (it basically looks like you just took it out of the box.) Cannot comment on durability yet since this is after only one use but I did drag it outside and move it around concrete washing a car and all around the car and no issues thus far. Side note: This works really with the AquaJoe Telescoping Watering Wand which I bought in addition to this. ... show more
