The media could not be loaded. I had to return the first one I bought as it developed an internal leak and was rendered useless like this one. This is the Amazon facilitated replacement and as you can see in the video, it too has developed some kind of internal leak making it useless. The Amazon facilitated replacement was delivered 1/24/24 and its 3/17/24 and this one is useless. They will not last more than 2 to 3 months tops. Now it gets worse....Amazon will not replace this and I have to go to AquaJoe for a warranty claim. Well, product registration works fine but hen when you try to make a claim, the website just keeps dumping you back to product registration....one continuous loop. There is also zero customer service and emails never get answered after many attempts. IMO, this is a sham company with a nice fancy site and in the end makes crap products pushed by fake reviews. I was really hoping for something better and in the end, I am out the money as I have no way of returning anything. Save the money and do not buy this product! UPDATE - Since I could not return it, I decided to find the root cause of this and found it. The rubber hose used as the expandable inner tube is manufactured poorly and inheritability will fail. I have experience with extrusion / blow molding in the plastics industry and can clearly see the issue. If you look at the pictures you will see that there are "thin spots" on the rubber hose and when you look at the inside like in the other picture you will see that the thin spots at these "seams" crack thus leading to the failure which happened in the final picture. Now, it would be odd for this to be a two piece blow molded process as extrusion processing would seem to be best, but there is definitely a pronounced "seam line" on both sides of this tube where it cracks. Based on this I highly recommend that you DO NOT BUY this as you are destined to failure no matter what as these "thin spots" and "cracks" will fail it is just a matter of time.     • TERRIBLE PRODUCT — WORSE SUPPORT

Aqua Joe (Snowjoe) would have you believe that you and your satisfaction are paramount. My experience is 180° opposite. I bought 5 hoses (three 50ft. And two 25ft.) in May 2024. Within a month, two 50ft and one 25ft hoses burst. I thought it might have been overly high pressure at my house. I called a plumber who checked and verified my pressure was about 56psi. Well within the normal range. The hoses came with a two-year warranty, so from the Snowjoe website I lodged an online warranty claim for the hoses. Two weeks without any response, so I called. It took a while, but I did finally get on with an agent. After providing photos of the failed hoses and proof of purchase to the passively apologetic agent, I was told that the replacements were out of stock, and I needed to “check back” in a month or so. Good grief. A month later I went to check back and their website had been completely updated and my account was GONE. No record of my registrations or my claims. So once again, I called the help/support number that they provide in the packaging and on the website. “Average wait time is 10 minutes” said the recording. After 20 minutes on hold, “We’re sorry, none of our agents are available to assist, please call back later. Bye.” And click. I was disconnected. No offer to record a message, no help. SO, I re-created my account, re-registered my hoses and attempted to re-submit my warranty claims, but lo-and-behold they REMOVED the ability to log a warranty claim from the website! You can ONLY call or submit email now. Wow. Well, in all that time (about a month) guess what? My other two hoses failed. ALL FIVE HOSES FAILED IN LESS THAN FOUR MONTHS. So in a last-ditch effort to get some results, I crafted an email outlining the timeline of failure and my attempts to get resolution. In two weeks since I wrote that email I have not heard a single peep from Snowjoe, Aquajoe, or any joe. So here I sit, with about $190 worth of dead hoses and another $75 for the unnecessary plumber visit, with little-to-no hope of getting any of it back. Do yourself a HUGE favor. I love these hoses. A 50’ hose empties down to a minimal size that can be rolled up or folded into a small footprint. It never kinks, is lightweight—important because I’m a petite woman who gardens a lot. I have six of these all over my yard. Much better than the expandable hoses that fail after a month or two.
