The media could not be loaded. I absolutely love this smart lock! It's awesome and has made my life so much easier. The installation was very simple for me, but I enjoy working with gadgets like this. Depending on your comfort level, you might need some assistance. Setting up the lock was straightforward. The instruction manual is easy to follow, though much of it felt like common sense to me. It's great to have an automatic lock option. If you ever forget to lock the door, the auto-lock feature ensures you have nothing to worry about. One of the best features is the ability to store up to 100 codes. This is incredibly convenient if you need someone to check on your house while you're on vacation or if a trusted family member needs access. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!! you know when they say “Made in China cheep” this would be the saddest excuse for a Chinese product but even that wouldn’t begin to describe nor explain how truly terrible this product is. I only bought this thing a couple months ago, and I have already had several issues with it. One of which being the motor inside of it has started to go out already and it refuses to remain in the lock position when the batteries are in the battery cradle on the interior, part of the door, but because of how fast it kills batteries, I attempted to run a USB-C cable out through the slot to attempt to get hardware power to the thing just to find out that not only is the place meant horrendous but I later learned after plugging it in that you can’t even use it for that purpose. In fact, I’m not even truly sure what that USB-C port is for the advertisement on Amazon claims that you can hardwire it I guess (don’t quote me on that), I have even tried to sync it with my phone, but the sadly no avail, the app UI, and just the entire general layout of it is a whole Nother story in its own right, and in itself. The installation was not hard just like every other basic deadbolt pretty much it’s just unfortunate that a product like this is so cheaply made, and is falling apart so soon. Not on my recommendation list that is a for sure fact. One of the biggest beefs that I have with it is the fact that the keypad has already started going out so I started using the only other way to use the lock, which is manually with the key. It is terrible to try to find the key for this lock because it blends in with all your other keys, so it gets a mark down for that. I've installed other model keypads before, but this one was by far the easiest to install and program. And the price was exceptional. Only complaint--requires 6-digit entry code. . .I think 4-digit is more than enough.

Installed in Feb, and yet to change batteries. Programming and install was a breeze. Like the fact that you could power it with USB-C if batteries are dead and you do not have the key on you. Have not tried that feature though.
