The media could not be loaded. I had no issues with it, comes with its own base to protect against heat damage on surface of wherever you place it. It’s super cute and you use rubbing alcohol with it, which emits water vapor and carbon dioxide. Safe to use 🙌🏼

when i opened it the first time it had a ton of scratches and the packaging was terrible. the second time it still had some scratches and a ton of styrofoam everywhere. If the packaging was better this would be a great product. I wouldn’t recommend until they change the packaging.

The marble base makes this fire pit looks like a luxury item. It is very easy to use and set up. I recommend using only isopropyl alcohol, as suggested. The first time, I used bio-ethanol alcohol, and everything got messy.
