I have struggled with acne since I was a teenager. I’ve tried so many products to try and get rid of it and nothing really did the trick. I have combination skin, my t-zone is always dry and the rest of my face is oily. I also deal with acne scarring. Upon receiving this product I did not have high hopes, as not much works for me. I was pleasantly surprised upon taking this product for 2 weeks. While taking this product, I continued with my typical skincare routine. I noticed a change in my skin. I still got a few breakouts that were hormone related around my chin, but no acne any where else. I noticed that the smaller bumps on my forehead greatly decreased. I did not notice a change in skin texture, my combination skin remained the same. This product does help to clear your skin, it takes a week or so to start seeing results, it does not help combat dryness or oiliness (although everyone is different). It may help you. This product lives up to it’s description. It does help clear your skin. It doesn’t say anything about helping your skin texture, which is why I’m giving 5 stars. I would continue with your typical skincare routine while taking this product, as well as exfoliation if you have dry skin. You will LOVE this product! It really did wonders for my skin, and I cannot wait to see further results as I continue taking it.     • Great for my nails!
I've been using it for a month now and I'm not disappointed. Still not sure if it is helping my acne but my nails have improved. I've always had soft brittle nails but not anymore. They are strong and growing like crazy. I'm ordering again to see if it just takes some time for the acne.

I started using this product April 2023 and I immediately noticed my skin was clear and I have oily skin. It made my skin less oily it worked. I had less breakouts, etc., The last two bottles of pills I ordered (about may-june 2024) I realized they had a weird smell and an odd taste that was not there before. The pills were making me very nauseous and almost throwing up sick to my stomach after I was taking them. I ordered another bottle and it was the same thing I was becoming very nauseous after taking the pills. I’m not sure if it was a change with ingredients or I got two bad batches of products in a row, but the inconsistency is not ok. I no longer use or recommend this product ... show more

    • I can't believe it, but they actually works!
I'm in my mid-40s and have been battling acne for most of my adult life. I have tried every product and system out there, with little to no success. Even prescription acne medication hasn't helped. Undaunted, I kept looking for something that will help control the acne. I came upon these pulls and started taking these vitamins about 2 weeks ago. I honestly didn't expect much. I experienced a small purge after the first week but that was it. However, today I woke up and looked in the mirror and realized my skin actually looked better! There were no new spots and my previous pimples and scars were flat, faded and starting to heal! I was shocked. I haven't changed anything else in my skincare routine so I have to give credit to these vitamins. I wish I took before and after pictures, but to me, and to the best of my recollection, there is a marked improvement. I'll keep this updated, but so far so good! I'm HAPPY! 😊 ... show more

For me I’m still in the progress and process of using it. I’m not the one to lie. This pill is easy to swallow, it does have a weird taste however no after taste which is amazing. To maintain a good result you have to to stay consistent. For me I have surgery so I wasn’t consistent taking them because I didn’t have my mobility, what I can say is that for the first week of taking it , I have 0 breakouts and it made my face smooth and lighter. I cannot wait to full see the transformation and show everyone that it’s actually a good product. I definitely recommend it . And just remember ever body face is different so don’t expect result if your not putting in the work. ... show more

The first bottle I ordered worked like a charm. Clear skin, felt great. The second bottle’s capsules looked different… much larger and pink on the inside (the bottle on the right). On this bottle, my skin wasn’t very clear and I was feeling very depressed and moody. I stopped taking them for a few days, tried again and once again noticed a very intense depressive state and feeling very anxious. Any time I took the big pink ones I felt very weird and uneasy. I decided to try another bottle thinking it was a bad batch (which clearly it was) and I was desperate to make it work as good as the first bottle so I gave it another chance. This bottles capsules looked similar to the first bottle, although they did seem smaller than the first batch. Tried it anyway, and fortunately they aren’t making me feel bad, but they aren’t doing much of anything at all. My skin hasn’t improved at all. So, unfortunately the quality varies greatly with these. You may get a winning bottle, or you may get one that makes you feel crazy. Don’t recommend. ... show more
