I've used Animal Paks for a good while now and it's always just the simplest and easiest way to get all the extra nutrients you need in one packet. Unlike Lou Ferigno in Pumping Iron having to open up like 35 different bottles just to get all the daily doses he needed back in the day. The Animal Paks got you covered for Amino Acids, Vitamins and Minerals, Liver and Detox, and all those extra Bruce Lee supplements too. If it's not in the set you probably don't need it. The pills can be intimidating at first for their size and amount but soon enough it will become a ritual of desire and conquer. Plus, you can always just do one pack a day to get the best bang for your buck. One day I'd like to see a variety pack of the Animal products that looks like those popcorn tins from Christmas with the 3 flavors, but instead has the 3 Vitamin packs of the original Pak, Flex (The Oils one) and the Greens one too. Then I'd only need to open up one jar of goodness each morning. Train on! ... show more

Update 09/2023 Make sure to drink lots and lots of water. This will cause GOUT flare ups. I've been always good in regulating my gout flares up but the L-Agrnine contents of this pack just accelerated my gout. Overall it's great pack and boost energy all day everyday. Read all the contents and research if all of a sudden you have discomforts. I've had several vitamin supplements but there is nothing compared to this. This won't make you crash, it's well balanced, I'm getting good sleep, energy to work out and I eat on time without over eating. 👍👍 ... show more

I just took my first pack about two hours ago and it made me sleepy. Maybe because of the magnesium. I dont feel any more energized and different than after taking a cheaper multivitamin. It should be mentioned however, that I had taken different vitamin packs in the past and some of them made me dizzy and upset my stomach, but this one dont so that is a pro. Also the ingredients are promising so i will update if i notice any positive or negative changes. ... show more

A good friend got me these as long as I promised to take them. My kids are toddlers and I would always be sick. I took these and I had the energy of a Thor's mules. I was able to get work done like I was a fat boy trapped in a cotton candy machine. I have to say... the review are comical on this product ONLY because there is literally nothing else like it out there. We all tried plenty of multi vitamins and vitamin packs and smoothies and powders and blah-blah-blah... this is the real deal. Just like my friend, I know something is off, and then I see that I forgot to take my supplements for a day or two. Just try it. It is literally cheaper then a taco. How does that correlate?
