So, I've ordered this twice and tried a different flavor each time. The first time I ordered the fruit punch flavor and I'll be completely honest, it tastes like smelling salts smell. It's not a pleasant taste, though it might grow on you after awhile. On the plus side it will definitely give you a kick in the ass while working out lol. The other flavor I've had was the Cherry Bomb, and let me just say it's far better than I was anticipating. It's good to the point that I'd almost just drink it as a normal drink. I started taking this as I was noticing my blood pressure getting a bit high. While I would not use this as a ‘medication’ or in place of a Dr’s prescription, I will say that it has made a substantial difference and will hopefully (along with diet and exercise) keep me off meds and around for a lot longer. Easy to just grab a bag and go. However the pills are big so keep that in mind. They have a good balance of the vitamins that’s in there. I do weight training and also jujitsu.

I’ve been taking these steady for around two months. I take them every morning or lunch time. No crash and I feel a sustained energy level throughout the day. No jitters or sweats and best of all no crash. I’m able to work my construction job all day and then work out in the evening. Oddly enough my sleep has been so much better too. After taking these for 3 months I can notice a slight difference when I’ve missed a few days and when I’ve been on top of it. Had I left a review 1 or 2 months ago, it probably would have been 4 stars. Here’s where the accidental 5th star comes in. Like many other people who have left a review, these vitamins make me sleepy. I work 2nd shift. 5p-1:30a. I workout until 3:30. I’ve had a TERRIBLE time falling asleep after work and/or working out. I’ve tried EVERYTHING, healthy and unhealthy, to fall asleep. About a month ago I decided to keep them in my locker at work and take them after I workout. A little after I get home, I’m sleepy and fall asleep easily. I’ve tried animal PM but they make me tingle, itchy and sweat like I just took pre workout. My advice: don’t give up on them because they make you sleepy, change what time of day you take them. ... show more
