  • Game Changer, Seriously!
Size: Track Dolly Pro with Ball Head
I really don't take time out of my day to write reviews, unless I'm so impressed and intrigued that it actually changes the way I do my work. It it really that good? You dang right it is. You can get shots with this device the would normally be very difficult or maybe even impossible, with a slider. This dolly is very smooth, like shockingly smooth. I didn't expect that. And motorized anything is always going to be WAY smoother than manual. I bought this as a cheep, quick fix. I didn't know it would become my new go-to pan dolly. You can carry it in a pocket, a big pocket. It weighs very little. It doesn't take up much space, it's always there when you need it, and it's completely versatile and customizable for next level cinematic work. WHEEEEEEEW! Five stars all day baby! ... show more

  • Broken Remote and Wrong Ballhead Mount
Size: Track Dolly Pro with Ball Head
I would be 100% if they sent me what was described in the description. The ballhead Mount did not come with a Arca Swiss Mount as described in Amazon and the included manual. I asked for a replacement and the second was also not as described. Now I have to spend extra money to get an Arca Swiss Mount. Secondly, the first unit’s remote did not work. I will update this review when I test the second unit. Otherwise, this tool has a lot of potential and I look forward to use it in my projects. The manufacturer is watching this, please send me an Arca Swiss mount. ... show more

  • Great for a 360
Size: Track Dolly Pro with Ball Head
Great for a 360 camera view. I wish there was a functionality that had a sensor you could set, where the wheels can move back and forth if it hit a wall. Other than that. It’s perfect for my upcoming YouTube channel: “Fighter Action Modelz” I’m currently working on the Mandalorian and will definitely add his product as a must have ... show more

  • If you need a video compact Slider or Video Dolly, Andoer has the solution for you with their L4 Auto Dolly.
The media could not be loaded. Well, let me explain what a video dolly or slider is… To put simply a Video dolly / Slider is a camera mount on a track that allows you to obtain sweeping or in some cases circular circular shots. With the Andoer L4 AutoDolly you can achieve both of these types of shots with one device. What’s Hot + Compact + Easy setup + Can be remotely controlled + Takes Smooth shots + Has ¼ inch thread so you can attach various devices and mounts to it. + Battery life + Easy to use What not - Requires Ideal environments - Mine shipped with dead controller battery - No indicators to line up the adjustable arms Build Quality While not the prettiest looking device I own its definitely not ugly. It is also built like a tank, seriously it has a nice satisfying heft to it. Normally I feel funny about mounting my expensive camera gear to anything that doesn’t come from a well known manufacturer but Andoer Autodolly feels very solid. It also capable of supporting up to 11lbs though i haven't tried anything that heavy myself yet. Performance: So far so good. In all honestly my expectations were low due to the size of device, but it has been working fine with my mid-sized DSLR. On smooth flat surfaces video stability is fine so long as you have the stabilizer turned on in your camera. If you are using a lens without stabilization you should also be fine as long as you are filming something that isn’t directly in front of the lens. Also note that motor is loud enough to be picked up by any camera mounted mic so, record audio remotely. Battery Life: I can honestly say that this has excellent battery life. It sports a 1800mAh rechargeable battery that I only had to charge 1 so far. Andoer is claiming that it can run up to 6 hours on a charge and I will have to agree with that. Value: It kinda hard for me to place the value rating on this product. If you looking for the best bang for your buck you might as well look elsewhere, because you can find basic sliders for much cheaper. But this is not your basic slider. You can take both circular product shots as well as 360 and panorama shots. At an added plus it is motorized and can be controlled remotely via controller. The real question is this worth $125 for what you are trying to shoot? Final Thoughts This is a cool product that I can see myself using a lot being that I do product photography for work and, Photography / Cinematography in my spare time. The fact that it is so compact is a definite plus. There aren't many motorized sliders / dollies that you can just throw in your camera back. ... show more

  • Small but durable. Love the swift motion videos it creates and it's affordable!
Ever since I got it, this autodolly has been my new favorite toy!! I always wanted to be able to create smooth, beautiful product review videos-- but it's no easy task when you are only using your hands. With this, I have been able to create videos that look much more professional (even though I'm an amateur) and are much more appealing to other viewers. Unlike videos that were filmed with the camera in hand, there is little to no bounce, allowing viewers to enjoy the video instead of being distracted by poor filming. Not only is it lightweight, but the dolly is non-bulky, as well--which allows me to leave it attached to my camera (even when I am carrying it around my neck). That way, it's ready to go when I want to switch to video mode. In the product description, it claims to hold up to 11 pounds, but because it is so small, I was a little worried about its capability of holding such a large DSLR camera, in addition to a bulky lens. It has been no problem at all. I have been using a Canon 24-70mm ultrasonic lens. It hangs off the front of the dolly by quite a bit (maybe about 5-6 inches) but tipping has also not been an issue. One thing I would like to point out, is that one of the stock photos shows an attachment for your cell phone. This does not come with one, but I have been using a phone mount which works wonderfully. The orange rings that go on the wheels, tend to fall off easily. It's best to pay close attention while using it and/or carrying it around, because it only comes with one replacement. My remote arrived with a dead battery (so if yours is not working, start there. It takes a 3 volt cr2032 battery.) The remote is not labeled, but is easy to figure out. The top circle button allows you to stop and start movement. The left and right buttons allow you to control direction and adjust between 3 speeds. The two front wheels can be adjusted to have your dolly move straight or in a circle motion. The only downside is that it does not come with any type of markings to show if it is aligned properly. You may have to readjust the wheels a number of times until you get it to move exactly how you want it. ... show more
