Tryed the Walmart one vital protein. Was not a fan but this I LOVE!!! This dissolves in my coffee, hot chocolate, or milk. Don’t taste it at all do swirl it in when mixing with spoon. Not gritty. Has a small scoop with it that is awesome I just put the tub in the cabinet with my coffee stuff so all together. Looks like a lays bag half empty but trust one scoop a day will last a long while. I got the bigger tub and I think itall last me maybe 3 months. Iv been taking everyday maybe skip a few when I’m in a rush or forget. Iv only been taking it about a month and half. I do feel like my forehead wrinkles or a little better and my crows feet have gone the tiny ones I had. I havnt had any acne and I do struggle with that as an adult so that’s a bonus. Feel like my skin has more bounce to it lol. Nail growth is good and my hair has shown growth from my roots showing not speed up but not decreased. I love this and the fact that it’s unflavored. It’s easy to digest and mix. My skin loves it too! Collagen is one of the very few supplements proven to improve skin and joint health. This keeps me full for my daily breakfast, so helps me keep my weight in check. I like to add cocoa powder or matcha or chai tea. Milk is naturally sweet so I usually don’t feel the need to add any sweetener. If i want it sweeter, I sometimes add allulose (which activates GLP-1, the same hormone ozempic activates to aids weight loss). The allulose is an amazing sweetener with no side effects, unlike others. Overall, great quality, texture, and lasts awhile. I usually buy when it’s on sale. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. I'm almost done with my 3rd container/purchase of this collagen powder and it's been nearly 4 months of daily use. I do 1 scoop every morning. I have tried some other brands and this is now my go-to. I don't see any reason for me to look further for several reasons. 1) this one has collagen, protein, vitamin c, AND probiotics so I can eliminate extra pills I'd have to take in my day. 2) I use the unflavored and it is undetected when mixed with my morning protein drink. 3) it mixes VERY well. No clumps! 4) they have single packets available that i used for traveling! I mix with cold water (where other brands sometimes don't mix smoothly and leave annoying clumps) and it mixes well. I add one scoop of collagen every morning to my protein powder and then mix in water with a little frother thing. It mixes perfectly for me (see my vid) In terms of the collagen results, I don't expect this alone to make miracles. At my age (mid-40s) the expectation is to slow the process, not reverse it. So i was once told, if you dont see any aging progress, then thats a good thing! I will say that my skin has felt and looked great since I started incorporating collagen into my daily routine. My hair has been healthy/shiny/growing fast. I haven't seen an improvement in my nails as i had hoped. I'm definitely going to continue taking collagen, can't go back now! I recently tried mixing the single packet with pink lemonade emergen-c packets while traveling and it mixed and tasted pretty good! Great product overall for your health with many sources of collagen. Good taste as far as vanilla and chocolate goes. The vanilla mixes easily, the chocolate does not with clumps remaining with mixing by hand anyway. I will not purchase the chocolate anymore for that reason. I had tried other collagen powders, but they didn't make a difference and were expensive. A couple friends tried this one and started raving about it so I figured I would try it as well. This brand has exceeded my expectations so much so that I just signed up for monthly auto delivery. I use a scoop in my morning coffee and I don't taste it at all. It also suppresses my appetite - which I didn't expect. My knee no longer aches (after a month) and my skin (on my face and chest) don't seem as dry as a couple months ago. I originally got this for my knees because they would hurt when running. Since taking it I have not had any pain. I did not keep track but I believe after a month I could feel a difference. I'm 34 and run often for reference.

If you’re reading this review, it means you’re interested in this Ancient Nutrition Multi Collagen Protein 21.4 oz (1.34lbs). First of all the actual weight was just over a pound w/ the oversized container included. The supplement performance is good. Rated 3 stars only because of the amount in the container otherwise 4.5-5 stars for the supplement. Bought it to help improve skin and hair growth. We put (1) scoop into our morning coffee and dissolves and works well for my wife and I. So product performance wise you won’t be disappointed and we continue to order this product and in local health stores on a monthly basis even though the frustration part of this come from the Company itself on packaging and the amount of product that is actually in the container is misleading. The consumers are thinking you’re getting more but in reality it’s half full or half empty upon opening. Just like a bag chips these days and full of air. See pictures attached to see what to expect. Granted this type product or content settles during shipping but come on Ancient Nutrition if you size the container appropriately it would really save you money on packaging and shipment. Regardless, we like protein and it’s effectiveness as along as you can get over the disappointment of feeling mislead on actual content inside. ... show more
