I LOVE this! I’ve been using this product everyday for 2 years. I tell all my lady friends about this product. I’m 47 years old and this product has turned the clock back so much, I look like when I had Botox and laser treatment at age 38! People are always surprised when I tell them how old I am. I am not sun shy whatsoever. Don’t use sunscreen on my face, only in the summer on the beach. I use very little facial creams or products. No facials or treatments of any kind (Botox, fillers etc) The above photo is totally natural. No makeup or filter. I actually don’t even wear foundation anymore. Ladies in your perimenopause/menopause stage, this will help you retain collagen you’d otherwise be losing. I’ve been in peri for 7 years and this stuff has been a game changer. My fine lines and wrinkles have improved immensely. As a red head at this age, I had developed spots and blotches which have now faded. My skin is very soft. I've ordered this product multiple times and other than the price being a bit heavy, I have no complaints. Taste is pretty good for a powdered collagen, texture is good compared to other similar products, and it mixes well (I've only mixed in liquid, not food, and use a shaker bottle to ensure a good mix). Also, I can definitely tell that this works - nails and hair both grow well, and if I don't take the collagen for a few weeks if I'm traveling, I can tell a difference. I really wanted to like this as with its blend of collagen sources it seemed like better quality, but I can’t get past the grittiness. Maybe I got a bad batch that didn’t get finely milled enough but I mix this in my coffee and there’s a very fine grit in each sip, and then when you get to the bottom it’s basically undrinkable. Most of it seems to settle to the bottom of the cup which can help reduce some grit (until you reach the bottom), but then you aren’t ingesting it so some is wasted. That picture was the cup after 1 scoop in an 8oz cup of coffee. It is flavorless although the powder container doesn’t smell great. I’d say if you mainly drink this in smoothies it would be no problem, but if you’re primarily adding it to coffee or tea pass. For reference I have used vital proteins and orgain brands of collagen in the past, this brand has noticeable grit in comparison. ... show more

I first bought this on Amazon to give it a try and now will continue to purchase in larger quantities wherever I can get the best deal. My favorite way to consume is by adding it to my smoothies. It makes my already delicious smoothie more creamy and I love the vanilla. I only tried once, but mixing into cold almond milk did NOT go well. Multiple times I have dissolved it into my coffee and its great in that. I also have added it to my oatmeal and that's just okay. So far I do feel like I notice my nails strengthening. My 'baby hairs' around my face seem to have a lot of new growth. My joints are doing good and I've been additionally harder on them lately. I'm not sure why so many reviewers are having trouble getting the powder to mix effectively, but ive had no issues. Hot beverage, cold beverage, shaker bottle, or simply stirring it blends very well. I'm generally doing 1 scoop or half a scoop. Maybe 2 scoops doesnt blend as well, but for most lifestyles it's not a great idea to consume 20gs of protein in one sitting anyway. As for the effects, the packaging said youd start feeling an impact after about a week - I felt a difference in my joints, skin and even fingernails after just a few days. I'm not into protein powder flavors but like coffee so I thought I'd give this a try. It's nowhere close to drinking coffee in terms of flavor or caffeine but better than not getting the protein at all. I tried mixing it with my coffee but then it ruins my coffee experience (both flavor and temperature).
