This car is very small for my 6yo. His knees are up against the dashboard. The trunk is very fragile to open so don't use force or you'll break the plastic hinges. And for the trunk, the description says put your toys in there but you can't put anything in the trunk because that's where the battery sits. Other then that, everything else is nice and good. Except my understanding was you could plug your phone in the screen monitor and play like YouTube videos. You cannot. They have preloaded educational 2 year old videos. We also thought that maybe if we got the 2 seater, it meant the car was a little bigger. It's not. It only fits one child but the seat looks like 2 seats. You definitely cannot fit 2 kids in there. This car is probably more for a 4 year old. It's really nice but some of the description is not at all correct. The turning of the wheels do not turn good. It has a more of a wide U turn function instead of a corner turn. It took my son a few Y turns just to make a normal corner turn. I absolutely love the car I purchased it for my grandkids she loves it! The 1st one I ordered came In and the the tire wasn’t working which they replaced very quickly. I thought it was 4 wheel drive and the tires wouldn’t be plastic again I love the car and the features sound is loud lights are pretty I love the fact that I can control the car for her with the remote but even the remote seems like a cheap plastic not durable at all until she’s able to but the preloaded stuff not all the quality of the actual car itself for the amount of money I spent on this I was expecting better quality I would NOT be purchasing another one like I wanted to for my grandson . In a nutshell the features 5 stars the quality 2 stars not worth the price I HATE the wheels they slip constantly ... show more

Who do I contact to get a new battery? My daughter has only gotten to ride this about 3 times and for whatever reason the battery doesn’t charge. Not I did not leave it charged for to long. No other damage has been done to it. No it has not been sitting in heat.

    • First impression- can't reach seller :-0 more of an Amazon issue I think
I ended up with silver but ordered pink. There is no way to contact shipper without going through a total refund :-( The car looks beautiful but not sure how it works yet as I was hoping to reach someone before I put it all together (or made my hubby do so lol)
