This is a rebranded kospet tank x1. I was hesitant about buying as I have small wrists but I must say the fit is excellent... It's just the right size. About 2 days of continuous use & the battery is @73% which I'm pleasently surprised to see. So far the accuracy of the various functions appear to be good. The blood pressure readings are right in the ball park of what mine are historically and my walking route which is a known distance is right on the money. What blows me away is the sleep function. I typically sleep about 6 hours a night and it tracked that time and broke down all the different sleep cycles which I don't know how that works but it's fascinating and I took a nap during the day and it actually tracked that as well. This is an amazing piece of technology. It paired to my OnePlus7T without a hitch & I get notices for txt messages and other info. At this point I couldn't be happier. UPDATE: I've been using this exclusively since I purchased & the one thing I noticed is that although the sports data crosses over to the phone the one item that doesn't cross over to the watch unless you invoke refresh from the phone is the weather info which is somewhat disappointing. What's the point of even having it on the watch if you need to pull your phone to check it. Perhaps the software will address this in a future update..... But I kind of doubt it. I reached out to support thinking I didn't have something enabled & was told the app doesn't update the weather. I still give the watch a 5 star overall rating. 2nd UPDATE: 5/2024 The band failed in less than a year & while manufacturer (kospet) has done nothing to address the issue AMAZTIM has stepped up & sent a replacement watch as the band is not available for this particular model. This Company stands behind what they sell despite the manufacturer (kospet) refusal to address what should have been a very easy remedy. ... show more

The watch itself is great. The band, though, is not the toughest. I’ve had to get a replacement band already, and I’ve only had the watch 8 months. The watch does have some really nice features. It is very easy to read in the sun, and that's a plus in my book. I wish I could give the store a separate rating because I would give them 5 out of 5 stars! There was a problem and they were awesome to deal with! I would definitely recommend them to everyone! ... show more

Update 5/29/2024 After a day of reaching out to the phone # and email on their website they did get back with me. I had to then reach out to their Amazon market place to get the warranty issue resolved. A week after contacting the Amazon market place later they had resolved the issue and I am using my replacement, long battery life, fitness watch. Thanks for the prompt response. “Old response after a day of no response from the company”. This watch only lasted 7 months. The screen started to fail with lines through the screen and it would lock up then went dark within a couple hours. The watch is still on because the heart monitor lights still work and I can see it in app. Now it is also disconnecting and reconnecting every other minute so it is constantly vibrating. No way to turn it off because that is in the settings menu on screen I tried to reach out to the company but the email in app is no good and the phone # in app is no good. The phone# on the web site sends you to a voicemail and as for the chat there has been no response. Not sure if the company is still in operation. Currently I would not recommend. ... show more

After 7 months of daily use and running minimum 6-10 miles 5 days a week. The band has broken at the clasp. Replacement bands are not available and although watch still looks great and new it’s now useless. Battery life was amazing at first and before the band breaking it would last 3-4 days before it would die . It was great while it stayed on . ... show more

I bought this smart watch in October of '23 and loved it. Long battery life, decent accuracy on sleep tracking/HR monitoring/step count but the band broke in May of '24 and there are no replacements available! The manufacturer (Kospet) doesn't answer their Chat function and supprot is no where else to be found. You can get replacement bands for the M1 and S1 versions so if you are ok with those styles I guess it would be an ok purchase. DON'T buy the X1!! Updated 5-16-2024: Increased my review to 3 starts because Kospet did reach out to me and try to resolve the issue. They offered to replace the watch or refund my money. Since a new band is not available I was concerned a new watch would put me back in the same place in 6 months so I went with a refund. ... show more

So from an actual device perspective it is great. Perfect feel, nice software on the watch itself. Yes the steps counting is a bit off but thats livable. The ios software needs some work. They say it will sync blood pressure, oxigen etc to apple health. Truth is it only syncs steps and heart rate. The settings and permissions are given for everything else but it just wont show up as a data source. Software needs work but all the information is on their software and the device itself is great. ... show more

I've tried a few non-name brand watches all prices about $50 or less and been disappointed. This watch does cost a little bit more but has proven well worth the extra dollars in terms of quality, design and reliability. The watch looks fantastic and is easy to operate. The battery life is fantastic and battery usage only falls a few percent per day. The app required to use the watch is very nice. It is reliable and connections to the watch work flawlessly. I use this watch with a Google Pixel. So I definitely recommend this watch if you're looking for something a little more affordable than the name brands that is still of excellent quality. ... show more
