The media could not be loaded. As a big fan of the PROMiXX 2.0 (having used it everyday for the past 6 months) I couldn’t resist upgrading to this latest model. The first thing I notice is the tinted bottle and new lid design - both are very cool. It looks and feels like a very high quality mixer. The storage pod is also a big improvement and being able to drink from the bottle with it inside is useful. I wasn't sure about spending $30 on a shaker but I use mine between 4-6 times a day. That is a lot of shaking and cleaning of components. This cup is easy to clean and is basically just like a regular cup with lid when it comes to cleaning it. The holder for your protein or pre/post is nice and makes life easy if your on the go. the cup is pretty cool looking as well and feel durable. you can tell its going to hold up and not fall apart on you. I like it as well because it mixes things a lot better and thus you don't get any of the build up at the bottom from everything not completely mixing. Also ensures protein is mixed very good and makes it smoother. I read a few reviews about the mixer being plastic and if it would hold up of not. First, yes it is plastic but there is nothing wrong with that. Shouldn't be a issue unless your jamming a cleaning tool inside of it when you wash it. Then it might break at some point. Now for one of the biggest questions I saw- Can you mix ice in it? The answer to that is yes but I wouldn't try it with thicker ice. I have a ice machine that makes ice like the sonic ice. After I mix the drink I add a scoop or 2 of that ice and then lightly push the button and it mixes it at about 50% power. Works great and i have no worries about it breaking the mixer. That type of ice breaks up easy versus the solid made ice that probably could damage the mixer. Overall its a great mixer and worth the money. You will get some comments about being lazy and if you don't use a shaker multiple times a day then it probably is lazy but who cares if you like it. ... show more

This bottle is a must have! Ok... Maybe not a "must"... but definitely the best shaker I've ever used. Makes protein shakes hella smooth, NO clumps & takes just 10-15 seconds. I also take BCAA's which is much more of a grainy mix, and I love that this shaker makes it easy to re-mix the larger particles that unavoidably sink to the bottom of the bottle. Quality is not an issue. Maybe not the thickest of plastics, but I totally disagree with another review that says this is cheap-feeling. Super easy cleanup: just add some water and a drop of dish soap, turn on the mixer, let it foam up for a bit and rinse it out. done! The one downside (for me) is the powder pod. It's too small to hold two scoops of protein powder. Won't be an issue if you take one scoop per serving, but for me, taking this to the gym I'll just also need to bring a ziplock with the protein mix pre-measured. Bonus WITHOUT the pod installed, is that I can pour more water in the bottle, and since this makes the shakes so good and smooth, I rather enjoy drinking the most I can, so those extra 2-4 ounces are definitely welcomed. ... show more

I have been skeptical of the these mixers ever since I first saw one back in 2014. Then, they were powered by two AA batteries and I realize some models still are. The reason why I was skeptical to begin with was the power issue, as well as the quality and build of the mixer. The agitator looks cheaply made and I didn't know how long the small parts connecting the motor to the agitator would last. Well, this particular mixer is great because it's rechargeable. The agitator is still the same style and still looks cheap, but I have to say, I've used it for nearly a week and it doesn't show any signs of giving up. It mixes very well if you follow the instructions. The lid fits nice and secure, as does the motor housing. The overall mixing container is very sturdy as well. It's easy to clean and has a nice appearance. Time will tell if the components start breaking down, but so far I'm happy with my purchase. ... show more

Worst product and service ever! I mean I really like the idea and the concept. But is really bad quality! I tried first the old version and lasted like a week before the engine started to fail. This thing really gets after it! Has a lot more RPM's than my older, AA battery operated Vortex mixer. What I like most about these vortex style mixers is that, if you have a supplement that foams like crazy in a shaker cup, these mixers cut down on A LOT of that. You might still get a thin layer of foam on top, but nothing compared to a shaker! They also mix smoother with little to no clumping, and zero effort.. just push a button and add your supplement! Love that this one is rechargeable, eliminating the need to buy batteries, which aren't necessarily cheap anymore. Looks great. Works great. I'm satisfied so far! ... show more

I just started working out consistently for the first time in my life and started taking protein shakes about a month ago (Phase8). I hate protein shakes for the most part and I think I always will. This shaker is amazing though as far as mixing goes and it's pretty cool to do lol. I don't really have any clumps for the most part, maybe a tiny one every other shake. I've used it for a week now (once a day) and still have yet to charge it so the battery life is solid. It's actually not hard to clean either. I throw some soap in there and then turn on the shaker to kind of give it a quick wash before tossing it in the dishwasher (with the battery removed). I don't really use the part that lets you store the powder but it's not bad to have just in case. I honestly hope that the shaker lasts a while cause it really is awesome.. ... show more
