As someone who's used various other brand shaker bottles, short and tall Blender Bottles, I would say this is hands down the best. The shorter size is much more practical for people who drink standard servings of preworkout or protein, without the need for the extra size. The addition of the pill organizer and storage at the bottom is fantastic. You could also fit things like gummies or energy chews. Ultimately, if I am working out at a gym, I do get worried about mixing my protein an hour or two before drinking, but with this, the protein can be kept separated until it's needed to be mixed. When in a pinch, I've used preworkout, rinsed out the bottle, then added the protein post workout. Overall, these bottles are fantastic for convenience and the variety of uses they offer. Easy fix to a previously annoying problem. Used to take two separate bottles to the gym. One for water, one for protein. This allows me to store my protein in a compartment until I need it.

Came with two detachable containers for protein powders/supplements! If you’re planning for a big workout it’s great because you can have preworkout and also regular powder separated. The lid was a little hard to open/close but the compartments made it worth it.

It works great BUT if you do not tighten the lid pretty much as hard as you can, you will have slight leaking. With that continued tightening over time, I have a feeling the leaks will become more of a problem as the product gets warn down. I use this shaker everyday! I’ve never been so excited over a single cup. It hold my pre workout, my meds, my protein powder and my BCAA powder! It is easy to clean and I can use what I want when I want since it doesn’t leak or fall apart. It even has a handle!!! Absolutely in love.
