I bought the Amazon Fire Max 11 Keyboard Case as part of a bundle with my Fire Max 11. The keyboard case is very easy to install, and it connects to the tablet via a magnetic pogo pin. The keyboard does not need to be charged separately, as it draws power from the tablet. The keyboard case has a comfortable and spacious key layout. The keys have good travel and feedback, and typing is fast and smooth. The keyboard also has a built-in trackpad, which is responsive and supports gestures like pinch to zoom, two-finger scrolling, and task switching. The keyboard case also comes with a detachable back cover that has an integrated stand. The stand can be adjusted to multiple angles in landscape mode. The back cover also protects the tablet from scratches and damage when stored in a backpack. The keyboard case is compatible with Fire OS, and it works well with apps like Microsoft Office, Google Docs, and Amazon Silk Browser. I can use the keyboard case to write documents, edit spreadsheets, browse the web, and watch videos. The keyboard case also enhances the productivity features of the Fire Max 11, such as split screen, picture-in-picture, and app switching. The only downside of the keyboard case is that it adds some bulk and weight to the tablet. Surprisingly good performance I was concerned at first about the RAM only being 4GB But I haven't noticed any real limitations so far This this is very fast and smooth and responsive. The tablet does have few minor annoying quirks Like the power button and volume rocker and charge port layout. The build quality on this tablet feels amazing though. The folio keyboard and cover do make the tablet feel significantly heavier. Even just using the cover without the keyboard it feels a lot heavier l. The sound is not the loudest but it is adequate. The one real annoying thing I find about this tablet is the device dashboard button on the nav bar. If I am holding the tablet in portrait mode and trying to type may palm keeps hitting the button for the device dashboard. This tablet has much smaller bezels which is great and it is heavy so this contributes to the device dashboard button being pressed unintentionally. A simple update to make the device dashboard button moveable so it could be slid over just an inch would be nice. A better idea would be to have the device dashboard button auto hide itself whenever the onscreen keyboard is popped up. This way there is no chance of hitting it. It would be nice to be able to move it to the right side too. I also wish there was an option for gesture navigation instead of the nave bar. Something I had hard time getting used to with the newer Android versions but now have gotten so used to it I actually miss it. This tablet feels ultra premium in every way it just these minor annoyances. There is no reason to spend a lot of money on a premium iPad pro or other high end tablet unless you are a hardcore content creator. I absolutely love Kindle products, but this one is better than all of the others combined. I use my table for school to take notes. There are several apps in the app store that you will be able to use if note-taking is your goal. The keyboard is great, it's thin and it has a trackpad. The keyboard is very usable and accurate. The connectivity is instantaneous. It isn't heavy and the elongated screen is great; I really appreciate that I can adjust the brightness of the screen. The super awesome thing for me is the PEN; I love it. It uses a AAAA, super small battery. But you can find that here on Amazon. You don't have to worry about charging it and it's magnetic, so you'll be able to keep up with it. The quality of the screen is comparable to the iPad. Why pay more? I am sure that this new Kindle Max 11 will take a bite out of Apple's bottom line. If you are looking for additional feedback, try YouTube, you will find a lot of happy buyers like myself.
