They work, but it takes time. They worked for my nails, but I didn't see a difference in my hair or skin, maybe those take longer. I took it everyday for a while then every so often, so that could be why too. They are small and easy to swallow, so a big plus.

I bought this a while back and actually still have it because I haven’t started taking it until recently. Seems like even when stored it still is effective months later. I’ve only been using it a week and I already am starting to see the benefits. I feel more energetic and my hair feels more alive and healthy. I love biotin . I’ve tried many different kinds. I’ve always looked for a high dose with low cost. I see reviews that mention skin irritation and breakouts and itchiness, that’s normal and here’s how to remedy it: Try spacing out your doses. Either take half once a day, or take the whole every OTHER day or every COUPLE days and never take it on a EMPTY stomach. CODFEE IS NOT FOOD, it doesn’t count 😂 One time I tried to counteract my hair thinning by upping the frequency in my consumption of the booting LOL BAD IDEA!! I HAD AN ITCH THAT THAT IRCHED ALL THE DAY LONG FOR ABOUT A WEEK!!! We are blessed to have this produce but we have to work WITH it.
